Very dissatisfied. It has been two years since last eating here. Back then I could tell the slide down in quality. Before then I had not eaten here since 2003.
Tried it again tonight and was amazed how much further the quality has slid down from my last meal here two years ago.
Used to love this place but that was 26 years ago.
They definitely need to work on the interior. Not let food sit under a heat lamp to become dried out and luke warm. Provide fresh bread that is not stale and dry.
Fettuccine was a solid cold mass see picture with this review.
Important to review the dinner check. Ours did not match what was ordered. Splitting a check per person was beyond their capability.
I hope they can turn this place around.

This was a disappointing experience. We should’ve looked at the reviews before walking over from our hotel, because my husband had placed his order for pizza, but the waiter (who was polite and accommodating) said that the oven was broke. He chose not to order anything else. He actually enjoyed watching the cooking staff behind the glass framing. It was comical, let’s just say that. I ordered a chicken alfredo dish, and yes, I compared this dish to Olive Garden’s, and was brought on a plate, not a deep plate (who serves pasta on a plate?), oh, Carabba’s because there wasn’t hardly any sauce that could run off. The sauce that was presnet was liquidy with not much flavor, and actually made a good glue for the pasta that had to have been sitting under the heatlamp a little too long. Oh, and I had a side of too-salty lentil soup. Big disappointment from my standpoint for a simple pasta dish. Our son’s penne mac’n’cheese was okay by his standards, but again, for a high-end-ish establishment this place puts themselves, was nothing more than a plate of stiff penne pasta mixed in with some sort of cheese that again looked like it had sat at the headlamp area a while. A “John Cole” dessert (1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, with caramel sauce and a couple candied pecans) was ordered. Again, nothing special, and overpriced. I should’ve said it was his birthday to have the overpriced item complimentary?! Sorry, but we won’t be back, nor would we recommend this place.

Update July 2025. I knocked off a star from my last review. We had the Calamari appetizer, the Chicken Bryan, the Caesar salad with grilled shrimp. My wife had a glass of a mid-grade Sauvignon Blanc ($16 – ouch). Starting with the complementary bread – it was lifeless. Dry, bland, too much like an off the shelf unsatisfying piece of white bread. The Calamari was crisp but the pieces were small, dry and reminded me of eating potato chips. Didn’t taste or look fresh. My Chicken Bryan was quite bold ($26). The breast was small. The lemon butter sauce was overpowering. Too heavy with lemon. The soft goat cheese served over the breast was quite tart. If you enjoy dishes with dominant sauces, you’ll like this. It was too much for me. My wife enjoyed her Caesar salad. To me it looked very over dressed, as was my house side salad. Service was good. Entrees were served hot and the salads were served cold. I’ll sum it up by saying that I was underwhelmed. Pics attached.
My wife and I met two friends here for dinner who are regulars and highly recommended this Carrabba’s. Their recommendation was spot-on. I ordered the Tuscan Grilled Chicken and my wife had the Shrimp and Scallop Spiedino. Both dishes were superb. I’m a passionate high level cook in my spare time and frequently entertain friends and family, so I’m aware of what quality food prep and presentation is all about and we were not disappointed with our selections. Pricing was very reasonable, especially the $3 draft Stella Artois that was on the happy hour line up. I had a Caesar Salad side, and my wife had the lentil soup. The salad was served perfectly chilled. The lentil soup was bold and flavorful. But, this review is not so much about the food and the pricing – as important as those things are in a restaurant of course – but more about the service. It was above and beyond, and not just be our server, but by everyone on staff that we encountered, including on the way out as we were leaving. We felt like we were special. And that is so hard to do in a sincere genuine way, but this Carrabba’s has nailed it.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this location. Our bartender Sarah , was excellent! She suggested a great wine and some good dishes, and was so friendly, we would recommend dining with her and at this location. The food was fresh too. But Sarah was the best part. thanks to her for our great date night.

Hard to gauge.. food was fine ..not warm and sat under the lights. Food took 45 min then they told us we had to order something else.. no mashed potatoes, no sausage for rigatoni, and out of lasagne… The staff were lovely… Lindsay was sweet and trying hard.. the manager made it work

This chain is off the chain! They take care of you with great service and delicious food. I’ve always loved the decor at these restaurants.
We started with the calamari and fried mozzarella… so good. I love their sauce. Perfectly seasoned! The calamari was perfectly done and the lemon was a great touch!
I had the chicken trio…. Man what a variety! Delicious chicken Marsala, chicken Bryan and the rose Maria… OH MY my favorite depends on the day but the rose Maria hit the spot today. I love the sauces and the mashed potatoes were great.
If you like lentils, GET THE SAUSAGE LENTIL SOUP!!!
My wife had the chicken picatta and loved it. Had to take it home.
My son had the chicken Parmesan and it looked fantastic. He said it was really good.
My daughter loves their kids pasta and can’t get enough of it. She says they have the best sauce EVER!
We will be back ❤️❤️❤️

Think Olive Garden but twice the cost.
Service was very slow on monday with a mostly empty restaurant. Ordered the Johnny’s trio was told roughly 15 minutes after placing my order that they were out of the Mezzaluna and offered to sub with the Fettuccine Alfredo. Food came out luke warm, fettuccine was very dry/stuck together. The server was nice but the over all experience was pretty sub part for a $75 bill for two.

The food was absolutely terrible. We spent $170 for 4 glasses of wine on happy hour, 1 appetizer on happy hour and two entrees, and even had a $10 off coupon. This place has gone down hill bad. I’m not sure what is going on, but do yourself a favor and eat at Longhorn instead. Absolutely absurd pricing and there were two people working tonight, the bartender was a great server but was totally understaffed and overwhelmed. We will never return.

The bartender was the best! 02/2/26. Thanks for the Birthday ice cream! and the lobster ravioli was very dry no sauce had to add my own. Very disappointed!!! Won’t come back because of cooks not service, I could do better myself actually!!

The wait staff was super nice and did try. When she came over to take our order we wanted pizza and she says “oh, our pizza oven is broken so we can’t serve pizza. Been broken for uh 3 months now?” Shouldn’t that be either taken off the menu or told as we are sitting down? So now we are starved and having to pick something else out quick.
Party of 3 and we ordered lasagna, spaghetti and I had the shrimp Alfredo.
The spaghetti had almost zero sauce on it.
The alfredo sauce was like water and the shrimp was tougher than an old boot.
I will give them this.
More than willing to pay the bill and chalk it up as a loss but the manager asked me how everything g was..so I told him.
He compd the meals which was the right thing to do.
