Our server V did an outstanding job. The manager Jessica was very friendly and helpful as well. I normally get pasta, which I love, but tried the steak today. It was delicious. The portions were good. We even had leftovers.

This was my first time at this location and I was extremely happy with my visit. Our server Ryan was amazing. She check on us often and treated my daughter amazing due to her birthday. The food came out pretty average amount of time and was hot. Ryan was very friendly and gave great customer service. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back. The restaurant had a very cozy warm vibe. Music wasn’t too loud and everyone looked happy.

That is just half of my lasagne with sausage. It’s kind of dry, like it was just taken out of the freezer and heated in the microwave.
I’ll give them the benefit of doubt. It’s late in the evening, almost closing time, a carry out order.
This doesn’t discourage me from eating there, though.
I’m sure it will be better next time I eat there.
This is the first time I’ve had food like this from Carrabba’s, but it’s all good, though.

The Misfit Pond
We made reservations for the Cask and Barrel Bourbon Dinner at Carrabba’s and it was delightful. One of the best dinner events I’ve ever attended. Every entree came with a a glass and brand of bourbon. And all of the entrees, and the dessert, were all delicious and of expected quality. Our waiter, Sage, was incredibly kind, attentive and accommodating. Would definitely attended another one of their events.

Worst dining experience I have had in a long time! The dining room was freezing, and when I mentioned it to our server, Ann D., the answer I got was that there was a big party coming in, so they’re keeping it cold. So the customers already dining there had to sit in the cold, and we had to keep our coats on the entire time we ate dinner. Unacceptable. We ordered the Bennicio wine at $7.99 per glass. When I got my bill after dinner, I saw that they gave us Cecchi Chianti at double the price, so 2 glasses of wine cost me $30.00! I feel like I got scammed. Unacceptable. The restaurant was not at all busy, and it took forever to get our dinner. Our server seemed distracted, uninterested, or she’s just not a good server to begin with. In addition, my order was wrong. I ordered angel hair pasta, but was given linguine. The brocolli that came with my wife’s dinner was ice cold. She ordered chicken marsala, and got two little pieces of chicken and ice cold brocolli. It was a very unappealing looking dish. For the price, I expected more. We said something to our server, and the reply was “I’m sorry”, with no attempt to correct or fix the situation. Unacceptable. When we asked for more bread, it took over 15 minutes to get it, which is again, unacceptable for a restaurant that was not busy. All in all, the service and attentiveness was severely lacking, and the kitchen was extremely slow. I notice that when a restaurant is not busy, the kitchen in particular is extremely slow because they are not hustling to get the food out to a busy dining room. This was the case. We were left at our table for very long periods of time with the server not checking back with us, or seeing if we needed anything. I expect to be treated as a valued customer, and to be able to enjoy a quality meal with better service than that when the prices are as high as they are. At least give me something for my money and make the experience worthwhile. This experience fell far below our expectations. This restaurant has definitely gone downhill since the last time we were there. And I don’t think we’ll be going back for such overpriced food when the service is that bad!

Tonight my husband and I are at the Bourbon dinner!! We are only on course 2 and we are blown away! Our servers Sage and Malik are so very helpful and courteous. The food is simply incredible! Thank you for an amazing experience!

We had an amazing time for our Valentine’s dinner. If I could leave 10 stars for our server alone, I would! Lucas was so friendly and good-spirited on a day that I can only imagine is insane for servers! Food was great and the atmosphere was still lovely with all of the people! 10/10!

Last visit here was very loud and they had someone on a megaphone for the “wine and dine” night – the atmosphere for an anniversary dinner was shot. They sent us complimentary Pranzo cards to come back and try again- this time for my wife’s birthday- called them ahead of time and they confirmed seating and her birthday, but nothing happened during meal nor after as far as birthday. They really don’t communicate to make meals special. Food was good.
