My over all experience…nothing less than Great! Jake our server was very attentive, kind and over all some of the best service I’ve had! He made sure we had everything that we needed, drinks quickly, order food in good time and we didn’t have to ask for extra napkins…. which is something I have to do constantly with a two year old.
He not only made sure I was taken care of, he even made conversation with my daughter as she babbled back to him in her own language! I will definitely be coming back to this Denny’s mainly due to service.

Our server was excellent. Her name was Kaila! Kids eat free after 4pm. The kids dinners were great and came with milkshakes! All the other food and service was exceptional! Very clean as well Good job Dennys!

While it took a bit to get my food I didn’t feel like it was taking too long. The atmosphere of the diner made it enjoyable to just sit and take your time. The food was good standard Denny’s food, but the atmosphere is what made it special. I’ll definitely go here again.

My husband and I have been going here weekly for a relaxing, nice, dinner date and it has gradually gone down hill with tonight being the worst! Had to go up to the counter and ask for ice water and coffee. Took awhile to receive our food; which would have been fine if the food was edible. Salad had a bitter taste and was not crisp. Grape tomatoes were mushy, wrinkled and disgusting. The 2 cucumbers, croutons and honey mustard dressing was good. Received my my Super Bird Sandwich (turkey, bacon, swiss, tomato on sourdough bread) and looked AWFUL! It was a heavy, greasy mess that I did not eat. The waitress said, “I’ve never seen it look like that before”. Then why would you serve it???! She offered to get me something else and by that time my stomach was too upset. My husband got an omelette, hash browns, white toast, and side of ham. He ate a partial of it and was getting an upset stomach. Everything was so greasy! Would these ‘cooks’ serve this food to their own family and friends???! The manager waived our food expenses but we HAD to pay for our drinks which I thought was disrespectful for him to ask, considering our horrible experience. Then he says we are short handed, which would explain the wait time but should not be an excuse for quality!
I’m also very concerned of the cleanliness as the garbage can right behind the register; where the manager was speaking to us was over flowing with garbage on the floor as well. The grill behind that; was smoking with no one present. The bathroom was filthy !! The health department needs to visit.
They have nice, new menus that do not represent what they serve!
Please rectify these complaints as I have lived in Post Falls for over 30 years and “The Silver Denny’s” has always been our families go to place.

The guy with the cool accent that served me and my buddies last night around 1:30 am was the best! He definitely deserves a raise. Best service i’ve had there and the food was amazing. Shoutout to the cook with blue hair too!

I’m not one to complain but me and my son went this morning and the food was disgusting . The steak had no seasonings on it, service was shit, took a long time to get the food. Then me and my son both wouldn’t even finish the food because the quality was so bad. We will not be going there again. Then when you go to pay they don’t even have an option to tip 15%. The lowest option is 18% and they did not deserve 18% tip

This is the best Denny’s by far I have experienced in the PacNW. Ellie was our server and Jordan was the manager. I commended Jordan for a superior dinner service and commended the efforts of his employees.
Ellie went above and beyond to accommodate our large family and made us welcome. We had no wait and were promptly seated. No bad experiences with this restaurant. We felt that our needs were met and the food was great all around.
Being a high level Google reviewer, I encourage anyone in the area seeking a great sit down family restaurant to give this place a chance. We were brought in by the location and how the Dennys building was presented. It felt like a Dennys from the 80s! Blast from the past! The restaurant was very clean and organized.

Good food and helpful courteous staff even though it was packed. 1/6/23 Got seated quickly and attended to right away. Wife tried the new strawberry French toast and they were nice and soft and yummy. The chicken fried steak has been good here every time so far.

Got done working went to eat here and an employee chose to throw nasty looks while Parking truck and trailer even attempted to comment on his challenger with his piss poor attitude and stomping away I refuse to eat where ppl can’t be civil. Uncalled for and definitely not customer friendl atmosphere. Sad to experience this in ID. Sad to say but ppl like that drive business away. Why would I take my family here to eat when I don’t feel welcome while trying to park… food for thought on who you allow to work at your place of business. Black curly older grumpy man! Fix your services!
