Overall bad experience. Appetizer came out, first of all when did they downsize these so drastically? Center of our appetizer was still completely frozen. We were informed it was because of their electric oven….and it had to be reprogrammed. If this was a known issue why aren’t they temping the food? Wait, it’s because it all comes precooked, no fear of getting people sick! As a chef you’re responsible from what goes in and out of your kitchen. Take some pride in it. Meals got served, every portion of mine was not nearly warm enough. Server was great, got these items taken off the tab but the manager looked at us numerous times and chose not to come talk to us or resolve the issue other than counting it as a write off. Decent restaurants fix their mistakes not send their customers home angry. We used to love this restaurant and I’m not sure when being served a hot meal became too much to ask for. I have other criticisms about the actual taste of the food, but you get the point. Seeing into the kitchen can be a good or a bad thing, in this case bad thing. They were all laughing or twiddling their thumbs while they waited for the poorly programmed microwave to finish lukewarming our food.

Ordered a Johnny Rocco Salad with shrimp and sea scallops for around $25! I got the salad but the Shrimp and sea scallops were nowhere to be found. That’s the most expensive basic salad I’ver had…what a ripoff.

First of all I need to really give a huge shout out to Ques!!!! She was absolutely amazing and on point. She offered soup for my toddler and made sure our drinks were brought out. She definitely surprised us with her bright personable personality and I cannot stress how quickly she worked. She’s pleasant, professional, fast and is very knowledgeable. SUPER honest and I greatly appreciate her. The entire Lehigh Valley need more servers and workers like her because it is rare that someone could go above and beyond these days. Thank you, Ques, for providing excellent service!!!! Also the restaurant had recently upgraded the inside and it looks so classy but casual. Food was amazing and I wish we had dessert but we could not fit anymore in our bellies.

Our server Ques, was incredible. I don’t usually review people or places but Ques deserved a review. I can not remember anytime where we’ve had better service. Her patience, knowledge of the menu, suggestions and keeping our glasses filled was spot on. She genuinely enjoyed doing her job and it showed. I can not say enough about this young lady and I truly can’t remember getting better service. Thank you very much for an enjoyable dinner.

I came here on August 10th and although it was mostly a good experience, I did notice a manager behaving inappropriately towards a server. I was just trying to enjoy my dinner but was appalled at what transpired. I have a hard time supporting a restaurant that belittles staff so easily and freely. To be honest, I wasn’t planning on even writing a review as I stated the food was good and the service was as well, but seeing a female server being dare I say humiliated by a superior staff member left me feeling very uncomfortable as well as angry. Perhaps I take my business to a more forward thinking establishment
