I had such a wonderful experience at Carrabba’s recently. This place deserves five stars not only for the quality of the meal but for the genuinely great customer service we received.The food was the highlight of the evening. I ordered the chicken trio and it was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The sauce was rich and creamy / ingredients were so fresh / portion size was generous. My dining partner had the filet & shrimp pasta Toscana and raved about it as well. Everything arrived hot and beautifully presented.
The service, though, is what truly sets this establishment apart. Our server was an absolute gem. They were incredibly attentive / very knowledgeable about the menu, so patient with our questions.It felt like they genuinely cared about our dining experience.

I went with my dad. I got the gnocchi caprese and the chicken soup. My dad got the lobster ravioli. We split a strawberry cheesecake as dessert. The food was great, definitely high colaries with more expensive prices but that’s Italian food, it seems. The table we got was not the best because it was in the middle of everything, but not bad. The place was busy but we got a seat with no wait. The service was good. The server kept bringing up the $10 take home an entry option which was a little annoying, not his fault but most likely management.

Service was very good. The espresso martini was delicious. The bread was fresh and the seasoning in the oil was also good.
The soup of the day – minestrone – was ok. The spinach was not good especially given its an up charge. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful. The pasta was good as well.

I had such a great experience at Carrabba’s, and I have to shout out my server, Masiyah! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at the perfect times, and gave awesome menu recommendations.
Masiyah truly went above and beyond to make our meal special. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness made the whole dining experience even better. You can tell she really cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does.

Had lindsay- She was attentive and informative to help me make a decision! She was also friendly and smiled every time she came by. My glass was never empty and she stopped by several times. She told me all about all the specials too. Can’t wait to have her again!
I had the weesie and ck soup, with a take home lasagna today. 10/10 on the weesie with sauce to pasta ratio. Ck soup is classic.
Heard the sogno was still homemade. Although I didnt end up getting it, I was happy to hear that this carrabbas still appreciates a good homemade dessert.

Since Nick has taken over Carrabba has been fantastic. In my opinion they are the best Italian restaurant I have ever been too. Their sauces are fresh and their food has so much flavor. I love it!
And we can’t forget about the employees who greet and treat you so well.
I recommend everyone to come here. They will not regret it.
