After a long morning, running errands, going from one location to the next. Being a Master Barber at RAY’S BARBER SHOP LLC is a great thing. Full of clients, products and long hours of work. My Brother picked me up and invited me to meet Carolina, witch I thought was a friend. But more so is a magical place Carolina Ale House-Weston by the water. Nice menu, great ambiance and taste food. The bartender made it a great stay. He also have family in the military and what a great choice right after July 4th. Highly recommend it to you your family and friends

Really enjoyed coming here with my family. Food was great, atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was helpful and kind. Bella M was an amazing server, very welcoming and professional- she really made our evening. She did everything she could to ensure that we had a great dining experience, going out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we were happy and comfortable. We enjoyed our evening lots and were stuffed by the end… we found everything to be delicious, from appetizers (I’d recommend the jalapeño poppers) to entrees to dessert. Great spot for a family night out, or for any other reasons you might find yourself there, really! I was very impressed and definitely intend to return in the future.

Went here last week and was absolutely wowed. The food was amazing. Great and fun atmosphere. Clean place. Lastly, phenomenal service! My friends and I were impressed by a specific employee, Bella Martinez. She gave us great, friendly service and even uplifted our moods. 10/10 recommend.

On vacation and thought this looked like our kind of place. I was excited to find fish tacos made with cod. Everything including the tortillas was fresh and tasty except the FISH. Tiny piece of fish that was hidden inside all the batter and tasted very greasy. My friend had the double burger and it looked fantastic. He said it was one of best burgers ever. Service was acceptable but not anything to be impressed by. Would go back but would avoid any of the fried seafood.

I have been coming here for years for the good vibes and obviously the wings. I haven’t been home in years and was so excited to take my boyfriend back to Weston, and Bella M definitely made it an experience! My drinks were never empty, the food suggestions were great and we’ll definitely be back to see her!

I had such a great experience with the host at Carolina Ale House! Bella Martinez was super friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. She was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. Overall, the excellent service definitely added to the enjoyable atmosphere of the restaurant. I would highly recommend visiting Carolina Ale House and experiencing their amazing hospitality for yourself!
