Waiter was excellent. Food was okay, lobster was a bit mushy which means it was either dead before it was cooked, or frozen and defrosted multiple times. Drinks were poured with a light hand. Decor is outdated but not the individual restaurants fault, this falls on corporate. Waited several minutes at the door before being greeted or seated. I came here with my mom and son I was craving something good When I tell you the food was horrible is was extremely disappointed I ordered the lobster tail with the steak and roasted Brussel sprouts the only thing that came out good was the lobster tail the steak was burnt and overall dry even though I asked for medium rare the potatoes were cold and they gave me Brussels sprouts there weren’t evenly cooked it was really horrible

Me and my daughter went to try the new seafood boil (Mariner). We were seated promptly. There was an incident that delayed our order being taking which wasn’t the fault of the store. Our server took our order which did not come out for a hr and 45min. I spoke with the General Manager Danielle Jones who was awesome! She checked in with the kitchen and had our order out in 15 min, she even paid for our food. The boil was really good, 9 out of 10. Danielle went above and beyond to make sure we left with a positive experience.

Never again will I ever go to this red lobster I’ve been to one on Aramingo and had a better experience, but I was here today on Valentine’s Day. It was my boyfriend‘s first time ever going to red lobster and I had a 5:45 PM reservation had to wait almost 20 minutes to be seated when I have a reservation. The second thing was was that once I got seated the server she was nice. She was sweet. I can’t even say anything about her, but you could tell that nobody was actually assigned to our table to service then me and my boyfriend both ordered drinks in a surf and turf, and we waited all the way from 602 in our order to 706 waiting for our food to get done. That is absolutely expeditiously ridiculous. We just asked for how much we had to pay for the drinks and basically left. I am appalled. This honestly ruined my Valentine’s Day a little bit because this experience was really for my boyfriend because he never been to red lobster and he had an or horrible purse. Experience definitely would never ever come back to this red lobster It seems as though that, and I also asked for the manager and the manager never came. That’s another issue. I have if y’all don’t have enough staff to sit there and service your customers you shouldn’t be open If your Cooks that you have in the back is not enough to service people at a fast pace they shouldn’t have that job at this point to me. Everybody should’ve been fired except for the nice service lady

Daniel did an amazing job serving myself and my mom for her birthday. We sat at the bar too receive quicker service considering the restaurant was very busy and understaffed. Our drinks and food was very good especially with the service provided by Daniel. My mom was very excited about the staff singing happy birthday to her once we were finished with our meal. Order the fish and chips. The greasiest I have ever had. The fish, fries and hush puppies were so greasy I could squeeze grease out. All three things tasted like dirty grease. Couldn’t finish it. My wife described her lobster and steak as, the lobster was tuff and the steak was salty. Ordered drinks at the bar while waiting on our table. I ordered my jim beam and coke in a tall glass. My wife ordered just a regular drink. Not in a tall glass. Both came in a tall glsss. The drinks were heavy with the alcohol and hardly any ice. I didn’t order a double but that’s obviously what it was or a really heavy pour because it was mostly alcohol. Didn’t say anything, just payed our bill and left. And we still tipped our waitress. It’s not her fault the food sucked. We will never be back.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Corinne absolutely deserves one. She’s hands-down the best server I’ve ever had at Red Lobster. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She checked in often without ever making us feel rushed, kept our drinks full, and seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even asked.
Tony, the manager, was also fantastic. He stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great experience. His attentiveness really added to the overall atmosphere and made the visit feel even more personalized.
The food was great, but Corinne and Tony are what truly made the experience memorable. If you’re going to Red Lobster, I seriously hope you get a chance to be taken care of by them—they’re amazing at what they do.
