I was excited to try this ice cream spot and although I realize they haven’t been an ice cream parlor in the past I was willing to give them some slack. We were disappointed . The place is clean upon entering, but not inviting. The portions are small and it had ice chips in both of ours..weird. I wish them luck with this location.

Took my kids here as a treat since it’s close by our house, and we were all super disappointed. They do not offer samples, the kiddie cup is literally the size of a dang sauce cup. (maybe 1-2 TBSP in size) and the Ice cream tasted off and was not good at all. In all honesty we probably won’t go there again.

Me and my family were on a trip to Maryland when we needed an ice cream place to stop by. This place was worth stopping for. Nice homemade ice cream w/no gelatin for those who wonder. Good prices for ice cream. The teenager that was working there gladly checked for us if the ice cream had gelatin even though she said she didn’t remember seeing it. Nice outdoor area to sit and eat. Overall our family will 110% recommend to go there, even if it’s just to pick up some ice cream.

It was really expensive and the ice cream was weird to me. It wasn’t smooth like any ice cream I’ve had, it was grainy like and the taste left alot to be desired. And at $4.10 for 1 scoop, it’s not worth it in my opinion. $1.75 for a kiddie cup and it’s literally 1 teaspoon full.

My neighbor commented that she didn’t know why everyone liked their ice cream, so I checked them out myself. She was right: the ice cream is icy, the flavors are unimaginative, and though I think the criticism of mint chocolate chip tasting like toothpaste is largely unfounded, theirs certainly did. Except for tiny bits of chocolate in the mint chocolate chip ice cream, they have no mix-ins in their ice cream. They also do not offer samples. I gave it two stars instead of one because the place is clean.

Nice location and inside was good looking. My friend and I paid the same price for ours, mine was a waffle bowl and hers was a sugar cone. However I easily had 2x the ice cream that she did. Need to rework the menu prices a bit I think.

Was great ice cream for many generations. Now they move to a new location, the ice cream is nothing like it use to be, It is horrible. The price of it is outrageous. Now they change the container it comes in but it is still labeled as a “HALF GALLON”. Funny part is, I have one of the old carmen’s “half gallon” containers and the new one fits inside with room to spare. Seems to me that the new operators are greedy and care nothing about the product or customers. I will never waste my money again. i would give zero stars if i could!!

Not impressed. Nothing special about it and it was expensive, 95 cents per topping and you get very little topping. You don’t even get whipped cream thrown in.
