I’ve been there twice. The first time, I had pizza and it was surprisingly good. The second time however was a huge disappointment. I ordered pasta and my wife the lasagna. My pasta was highly overcooked and had barely any taste.

There are a lot of great Italian restaurants in Chicago. This is not one of them.

I liked this Italian restaurant. Food is better than their drinks. The menu for either restaurant week or regular days are both abundant in options. Their pizza is a little pricy but tasty. The steak is decent. Their pastas are above average. Tiramisu is fairly good

I was really looking forward to this place but unfortunately it was a disappointment. Food was above average but the service was horrible. Our waiter acted like we didn’t even exist. Yet he treated other guests normally. We waited 15 minutes for a dessert menu becsuse he forgot about us. After waiting so long I decided to ask for the bill. Waited another 10 minutes to do all that. If they are short staffed they need to hire more help.

Great pizza. The cocktail menu changes regularly. Lots of good vegetarian options. Service quality varies.

Went for Mother’s Day brunch and it was a solid option. The mimosas for $5 was a good deal but my eggs in purgatory was smaller than I thought it would be. My mother got the eggs Benedict which was very good.

Authentic and creative Italian. Well prepared, good service adjacent to Maggie Daley and Millennium parks. The double cut pork chop was moist and tender. The duck ragu was delicious. The chicken liver pate is perfect with the creative cocktail selections. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a Italian restaurant found this in our area, the food and service was good, visit with my boys and we have enjoyed the night. Try the salmon and the arancini the veal

This is a new restaurant, and what a deliciously amazing addition it is! Upon entering in the courtyard near the famous, towering bronze sculpture by Abbott L. Pattison (Corner of Field Dr and Randolph, behind the CTA’s 60 bus stop), guests enter the reception area – a bright and airy bar area is located along the courtyard, and an additional dining area has Randolph Street and the trees/Lake as its backdrop.

Today was the first time we had the opportunity to visit Carlucci and our server George is 100% responsible for us returning in the future.
