Drive thru at 11:20pm…40 minutes to closing. Window server was very upbeat and happy. Ordered delicious fresh hand breaded chicken tenders a large chocolate shake and a coke. Fresh, fast and the ice cream machine worked. Would recommend!

I come here random you know what I mean like everybody does and this location always has messed up chicken at random I asked to buy a water cup that was plastic he tried to charge me $4 for a cup for water cuz I didn’t want to taste cardboard with my water I mean I asked for my cookies before I got my meal that was an issue everything you do at this place is an issue because nobody wants to work anymore so either give these people millions of dollars to make people’s food or let’s all go to bots and say forget it and send them home till they lose that next. Tired of the work fast food help personalities their burn out before they even start just send them home until you guys get good ones stop hiring trash.

Ordered the dog 2 small patties, they weren’t kidding about being small. Decent food for Carl’s jr., though the regular French fries were chewy, cold, stale? On the slower side for service. Staff was very loud and disruptive while we were trying to eat, talking about their personal business that we did not want to hear. They also very loudly gossiped about us in the kitchen. Will come back again but the staff needs to be trained on courtesy.

The service is usually fine but they need to turn the food warmer up. I got a spicy chicken and it was barely warm.

Very clean inside, including the bathroom. Staff was very friendly. One of the nicer places we have stopped on our road trips.
Only recommendation is adding a coat hanger in the bathroom.

Carls Jr has gone down in qaulity. I ordered a five dollar meal box and got a hamburger that looked like it had been sat on. The meet looked days old I will never go back to Carl’s Jr in Albany Plaza.
