Waited 30 minutes for three coffees. They came after we had asked multiple times about them. When they came they were so milky and not very good. One girl said they were short staffed, yet we could see many people just standing in the back. Will not be going back.

They encourage you to use the kiosk. There was 10 plus people working near the front. I refused. It looks as if the screens never get cleaned, it’s disgusting. Post covid you would think they wouldn’t want us to spread more germs than we already do. Seems Mcdonalds is encouraging it. Aggravating.

I just tried to enter the dining room to get food (currently 7:04pm on a Thursday), their sign says the dining room is open until 10pm. Both doors were locked. I got someone’s attention and he said their dining room is closed!
