Was in town for a convention it was late but it was 12:02 so not closing. I ordered a burger no cheese. A large double western with no cheese. They put cheese on it and wasted my $40. I ordered no cheese because it hurts my stomach. I paid with a card that only gets filled from donating plasma. And none of these employees can take the time to read no cheese. I tried calling and no surprise no one picked up. Supremely upset don’t waste your time if you can’t eat certain things they don’t care about reading

Went here previously for a quick bite and the portion sizes were ok. But my order wasn’t put together very neatly and I had to double-check to make sure everything was correct. The dining area could’ve been cleaner, especially the tables. It wasn’t a terrible visit, just felt a bit average compared to other fast food spots.

This is the worst carls jr I have ever been too. I am disappointed every time I come to this one. It sucks that it’s my neighborhood carls. The chicken squeeked when I bit into it. There’s absolutely no sauce, the sandwich wasn’t even warm, the waffle frys were old,soft and chewy. And I had to repeat my order because either it was the english as a second language or she just didn’t pay atention. And my drink was still wrong. All for $36.00 and I’m not even going to mention my girlfriends meal. However she said the vanilla shake was great.

I was just at the Carl’s Jr. on Broadway at 8:00 pm on Tuesday 7/23/24. I used a coupon from their app for BOGO Tuesdays. The cashier bumped my phone while trying to scan the coupon, which made it not accessible for 15 minutes. She refused to give us the discount. We asked for a manager who also told us there was nothing she could do and that we would need to pay for both burgers if we wanted them. Clearly, the coupon was valid and didn’t expire until August, and the BOGO terms were visible on the app, which we showed the manager. She wasted our time, and she wasted the food that was cooked and in a bag for us. We left there still hungry, but we won’t be going back. The service was terrible.

Yeah me and my friend went to here during happy hour to get milkshakes, the dude taking the order lied to us and said they would be milky, they weren’t. He just didn’t want to make milkshakes for us. Then when we got to the window well before happy hour ended, he charged me full price for both milkshakes. The drive thru workers are always rude anytime I come here and it absolutely ruins the atmosphere of Carl’s Jr. I get it. Working fast food isn’t fun, but you still have to at the very least, put on a customer service voice. Even if you’re having a bad day, you don’t get the right to be disrespectful and rude to customers. It doesn’t mean you charge people 20$ for two milkshakes when they shouldn’t be more than 10$. Please just go to a different Carl’s Jr. My main issue here is how disrespectful the workers are every single time I stop in at this specific location. I’ve worked fast food for years, insufferable customers are the worst, we were nothing but cordial and polite and accepting of everything that happened. Yall need to do better

Made me pay $16.99 for a burger and fried zucchini. Charged me separately for a strawberry lemonade that should’ve came with the combo. And gave me a kid sized cup for my strawberry lemonade. That is an outrageous amount of money for a combination with a kid sized drink. Never going back to Carl’s Jr again.

O I love me a famous star from Carl’s Jr. I absolutely HATE ordering with Ai!!! I know they say she’s learning we’ll learn with someone else cuz I don’t have patience to deal with it. I have to repeat my like 5 times an it still gets it wrong. So go back to real people taking my orders please!!
