Most employees are nice the food is decent except the size of the famous star burger patty is so disappointing. Attaching a photo. I’m paying so much for such little meat, rip off I’m not coming back.

They are usually just straight forward and isn’t an issue but this time they forgot a double big carl and 2 milks which I called their number on their Google page and was told I can get it next time, so after work the next day
I Bring this up in the window the manager tries to tell me that the number is not even for this location implying that I’m lying saying that ” it’s funny that they knew what I was missing” because it’s not even their number that it’s for the boss that isn’t even there at that location, as I call it right in front of her and it’s ringing behind her she then proceeds to just order my food has her employee give it to me and not one word, look, or acknowledgement of their mistake. Straight forward is usually fine but customer service definitely is loosing them more business than it should.

The staff were VERY rude. Very short and generally disrespectful, even before they got my order wrong and would not fix it. Very long wait for a simple order. Will not be returning

I waited 10 minutes to order food at 2:30am because they said they were on break. This is not good to stop operation when store is opened. Should have extra staff to operate and cover breaks.

Per usual not the best service. Took forever to come to counter as they were focusing on drive thru only. When finally acknowledged asked if they had a deal that was on app and they said no and would not honor it. I tried to order online but could not get the order to go through. Staff was light with only 2 employees I could see. Food normally isn’t great but I’m all about second and third chances. The inside was clean but nobody inside eating.

Order number 233587. Cashier was paisa Esperanza who clearly can’t hear so well. I asked for my criss cut fries to be well done but instead I got cold soggy fries. Terrible service and attention to detail. How hard is it to give customer fresh food? Even at 10pm when there is nobody there but me. Food is cold and Esperanza could careless since she is not the one eating it. I have to come home and heat up the cold food I was given. Terrible experience, avoid this location at all cost.

Food wasn’t even okay. Breakfast sausage was too dried, as was the biscuit. Both my son and myself didn’t like it at all. Only 2 parking spot up front right next to the dumpster (not counting the 1 handicapped parking)

My orders are always correct. Items are fresh & hot. The staff are polite. I drive out of my way to come to this Carl’s location because it’s better than others is Simi. Keep up the good work.
