I still give 5 stars because your Western bacon cheese burgers are your bread and butter those are a must and why I keep coming back for more, BUT today I tried the hand-breaded chicken sandwich I was highly disappointed, maybe get a better supplier the chicken breast is disgusting 0.5/5, go for the Western bacon cheese burgers folks those won’t disappoint.

I just got the 5 piece chicken tender meal it’s $13.46 and here is what I got for this high price. Two of the pieces are way small and is just not right that they don’t even care to add another piece or put all the pieces the same size but adding another small size would do. I went to ask if I could buy another side piece and they said no only three pieces or 5 piece. So I guess $13.46 Carl’s is a nice estaurant that serves a chicken tender plate.

I went through the drive-thru around 11 PM and ordered some chicken tenders — big mistake. They were absolutely disgusting. The tenders were dry, hard as a rock, and tasted like they’d been reheated multiple times. Definitely not fresh. It was honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. I couldn’t even finish them. Very disappointed. Carl’s Jr. needs to do better with quality, especially late at night.

Im in the drive thru waiting. I can see the employees inside! It is 6:04 and they open at 6am. Terrible Service! Both employees arrived at 5:57am! no wonder they are not ready they should sleep earlier to wake up early for work!!

there is a worker here by name of ‘erick’ who needs a crash course in customer service! no eye contact refused to give change for a 20 dollar bill and that was even after i had already paid for my food! food was quickly served and tasted what you’d expect it to be. i’m just driving by for a quick burger on my way to school but i’m not going to stop here anymore.

Mario and all the works in the morning are amazing! I go almost everyday to get food for my brother because he’s special needs and loves Carl’s Jr and they’re always positive and in a good mood when taking my orders!! Appreciate them:)

I ordered the original Angus burger and they made it with the wrong bun and no onions. I asked them about it and they said they ran out so they just made it with what they have. I told them they can’t do that they should have at least told me instead of taking my money for something that I didn’t get. The girl was very rude and said “what do you want your money back or something else”.
