This restaurant is always clean and has nice, friendly staff. Carlos made the delicious lettuce-wrapped Famous Star. The trick is to order extra lettuce! The location is perfect.

The actual human experiment with the staff was awesome, however the AI junk is a disaster. Taking the human customer service aspect out of the whole ordeal feels plain and just wrongly different. Jesse was great besides that. Not returning to Carls until they return to normal.

We love their breakfast burger? It’s actually the only breakfast my son likes. We went in and they told us they no longer serve the breakfast burger all day. Today I went to San Juan and Eddie said they actually do serve them all day and the San Juan Carl’s Jr got it done for our family. I’m not sure why San Clemente is no longer doing it all day. Armando and Alex are always very helpful at San Clemente but they were not there the day I was told they don’t make them.

The inside was clean, and the service was good. Food not so much. I ordered a famous star combo. Luke warm French fries, and my famous start was sooo messy. I mean I’m not the one to complain. I’ll usually just eat and won’t come back unless it’s really bad. My burger had so much sauce on it the burger patty was soggy, and everything was falling apart. I took pictures because ya never know. I was just going to suck it up but I just couldn’t eat it. And my Fry’s were already getting cold and I never left the park lot. That’s when I had to walk inside and say something. That’s were I saw the nice dining area. They were nice enough to remake my burger. But I probably won’t be back.

If I do say so myself the man and woman behind the counter I do believe one was a manager were have to be the most nicest professional with the most awesome service I don’t think I have ever had such wonderful service from any restaurant or fast food .
