Food could always be better. That’s not a store problem. Service was friendly and quick. Store clean.

Prices go up and service goes down. The kids running this place are too busy conversing about their personal lives to take anyone’s order. They require you to put your order into a kiosk. I’ll never do that. The one cashier on duty was willing to put my order into the kiosk for me, but not put my order into their computer at the front counter – the one that’s there for putting customer’s orders into.

Waited 40 minutes at restaurant. Drive through employee threaten to beet me up after I told him they had worse customer service I’d ever seen.

Door Dashed $40 worth of food and half of our order is missing. The food we did receive is ice cold and also missing two drinks. Called the store to speak to a manager and was informed it wasn’t their problem and to contact door dash. But it’s the restaurants responsibility to put the orders together. Door Dash simply picks up the order and delivers. The lack of care or understanding for paying customers is why I WILL NEVER order from Taco Bell again.

They charge you to switch sour cream to spicy ranch when they cost the same as a side. I hate that.

I used to think this Taco Bell was the worst in the quad cities – my orders were never, ever right when ordered through the drive-through.

Taco Bell has really become a sad place to dine post-pandemic. Not that it ever was a thrilling experience in the past, but unfortunately it has become borderline irritating with the lack of staff. You’re expected to key in your own orders at the kiosk now. Fine. Technology doesn’t scare me, but it seems rather impersonal. I’m paying them money and they can’t even provide a human being to place an order? The food is always “average” and I’ll never go to Taco Bell for authentic Mexican. Yet, even in the realm of fast food Mexican, this chain is becoming a lousy choice for my dining dollar. Hopefully, somebody from their corporate office is reading this. I used to like Taco Bell. Now, I’m finding that it is a place I can easily do without.

Asked for no tomato or spicy ranch. What’d I get, tomato and spicy ranch. Worked here, not difficult to leave things off. Just saying.
