it was a nice and clean environment and the soda machines were working perfect on those hot days, Lupita helped me out with my orders and she took care of it right and made me feel like i was at home,shes amazing,extraordinary,polite, and AWESOME! will definitely be dining at this spot again i always get the best visits here.

The store charges customers $.27 for sauces which I find to be preposterous when ordering a meal you can’t even get a sauce. This is the only store that I know about here in Colton.

They didnt want to give me the 2 for 5 and they said it was my fault for not knowing the promotions. And they said its not their job to tell you any of their specials. Everyone looked lost when it comes to customer service.

Ive been here since they opened this Carl’s Jr at this location plus its rare for me to write reviews as well. Anyways, I am giving it a 4 stars because of the employee named Lupita. She had a really bad attitude as soon as we went it. Whenever I ordered she would roll her eyes and when she gave us the order, 2 orders were wrong when we told her what we wanted, same happened when I ordered to go. I dont know if she was having a bad day but someone needs to tell her something.

I used to love Carl’s junior food chain but this time was different. First of all their hamburger didn’t taste as it used to be secondly they didn’t have any promotion. Also potato french fries didn’t look good. There were lots of French fries with dark spots. Finally when got my order they just handed to me without a tray. I guess they just took the trays out of service. I had to eat my burger on a piece of paper. Didn’t feel good.

You never know what you’re gonna get. Sometimes the food is fine. Other times the food is too disgusting to eat. Today they told me I had to come inside pay with Apple pay evern though I was in the drive through. No one told them they picked the wrong one. Do not give ur hard earned money to these people
