We went inside to order and it was a very nice experience. We were welcomed immediately upon entering. Once we walked up to order, we were warmly greeted again by Christina,an employee who was calmly multitasking drive through orders at first. I recommend this Carl’s Jr.

Great staff. They always take great care of me. Always nice. Yes you do have to wait sometimes as they are cooking a lot of the stuff fresh for you. If you are ordering larger order of biscuits call ahead and let them know. They are really helpful. We really like their biscuit sandwiches. The 2 for 6 deal is not on the app. So you have to order thqt one in person. The burgers are good. The chocolate cake they have is also really good.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Carl’s Jr today. One of the employees, a girl named Trinity, was being extremely disrespectful toward a homeless woman who came in. Yes, the lady did have a smell, but she’s still a human being and deserves to be treated with basic respect. The way Trinity talked about her — loud enough for everyone to hear — was just nasty and uncalled for.
That’s not how you represent a business or treat anyone. If you can’t show empathy or professionalism, you shouldn’t be in customer service. People need to remember to be grateful for what they have instead of looking down on others who have less. Really sad to see behavior like that from an employee.

Excellent Carl’s location with great service, a clean and comfy lobby, and good food. I always come to this one over the Apple Bear store, which I’ve avoided for over a year. And, unlike that location, this one doesn’t bribe users with cookies for 5 star reviews — it simply earns them.
The one downside to this store is that one of their drink stations appears to never have ice. It might be broken, because this has been the case for months. This seems like an upgrade they could easily make in the future, assuming they’re getting enough business to afford it.
