Nice Arby’s facility, the person who took my order was very nice, but instead of the bacon ranch wagu hamburger I guess she thought I needed the turkey version of the bacon ranch. The sandwich was good but not what I was expecting when I unwrapped it. The food was good with hot and fresh curly fries… I didn’t complain about the mix up since I failed to mention that I wanted the burger and not the turkey sandwich. I will know better next time!

Spent $40 through door dash tonight for 3 items. These fries have been in the fry bin for hours. The meat on the sandwich was very cold. It’s only a 3 minute drive, so unfortunately I know this is also not the dashers fault. The only thing that was not over cooked or under cooked was the mozzarella sticks. When it comes to night shift this is the second time I’ve had this concern. As someone who is pregnant I cannot afford for my meat to be undercooked. Very disappointed and as a healthcare worker VERY concerned. I’m not bashing, I’m only hoping this will be assessed accordingly.
