Our order was wrong, so was a couple other orders behind us. Our ticket had a couple waters added that the people in front of us ordered. They did take them back off. Ordered a number 1 and it didn’t come with the sauce or cheese, got that corrected. Also got curly fries got half curly and half crinkle.

I ordered from the drive-thru late Saturday night, after a terrible experience at another location after work. I HAD to have my 2 yummy chicken sliders with shredded lettuce on the side. Let me tell you Ms. Pam ABSOLUTELY turned my bad mood around! She was so sweet & helpful. There’s no way you could have a bad attitude after encountering her beautiful smile! Thanks again, Pam! This is specifically to your Holiday deal coupons that you hand out. The deal that is on the coupon is $15.99 for 2 sandwiches, 2 6 piece nuggets, 4 small fries AND 6pc mozzarella sticks. Y’all are giving either the nuggets or the mozzarella and that is not correct. Corporate has even acknowledged that the deal is AND, meaning both! If it was a misprint they would have fixed it, it’s not so all workers at this particular location needs to know this so that they don’t get frustrated with customers who are simply making an order and just want to go about their day. If you personally have an issue with the coupon then contact your corporate and make your case, don’t harass customers. Thank you.

Spent $40 through door dash tonight for 3 items. These fries have been in the fry bin for hours. The meat on the sandwich was very cold. It’s only a 3 minute drive, so unfortunately I know this is also not the dashers fault. The only thing that was not over cooked or under cooked was the mozzarella sticks. When it comes to night shift this is the second time I’ve had this concern. As someone who is pregnant I cannot afford for my meat to be undercooked. Very disappointed and as a healthcare worker VERY concerned. I’m not bashing, I’m only hoping this will be assessed accordingly.

I like coming to Arby’s for their Roast Beef type sandwiches. I do have a irritation on the portion control on the fries today. I bought a large combo today but it looks like it amounted to a Medium sized fries. I ended up spending extra money for no apparent reason.
