Decent food and service. The dining area and restrooms are clean. The bacon, egg and cheese breakfast burrito combo is a good choice to get your day started. Dine-in, take out or drive through.

Poor customer service! Had another lady in line in front of me waiting 10 minutes and didn’t get her order taken. I shouted for someone and The manager said to me we’d need to wait because she sent her register person to break and she had to make the food before anything else. My 7 year old niece had to use the bathroom and the manager Barbera, wouldn’t provide me the code for her to use it. I asked for a refund on the food I puchased and wasn’t given that even. They said they don’t do refunds after purchase.

Mean individual working on drive thru , with such a bad attitude . Used drive thru no one , in line . She took forever to answer , and when she was ready to take my order she started cutting me and being mean . When i made the comment, she asked me to go somewhere else. What kind of service is that ? I came in to use some coupons I got in the mail. First impression was a greasy smell and a floor that needed cleaning. I ordered a bacon avocado thickburger which was okay except for the long black hair I pulled out of it. Only four of the twelve drink dispensers were working, so I really didn’t get the drink I wanted. While I was in there, a few of the homeless people who live in the back parking lot came in with their own containers and helped themselves to free drinks; a definite health code violation. One guy did it while one of the crew stood by wiping down the drink machine, she didn’t say or do anything about it. The French fries were okay but not great. But the fried zucchini was surprisingly good. I was afraid to use the restroom because I’m certain the crowd out back are regulars in there, which is part of the reason they stay. I tried to order off of the “historical menu” (see pictures) but they wouldn’t let me. I don’t think I’ll be visiting here again.

Worst employees. The person handling the drive through gave me 2 different prices for my order and immediately switched to the lower price (originally quoted) when I asked for my receipt. I don’t know if she raised the price hoping to pocket the difference or what was going on. After getting the food home I discovered that the entire order was wrong and their phone number doesn’t work so the only recourse is to drive all the way back to the store. Completely unpleasant behavior from these employees. I have never wanted to drive away from a drive through before receiving my food until I came to this carls Jr location.

Drove thru, and you know what comes out of the bag 1st is the frys, and they were cold. There’s nothing worse than cold frys. That is what makes the service bad,any employee to serve cold fry s should be fired.
