We only went here today because we had business close by. We wouldn’t normally stop here because of all the homeless but I’m glad we did. They were so fast, professional, and clean. Our fries were steaming hot, the hamburgers were wrapped neat and tight not all wet and sloppy. The food was so fresh even the onion was fresh. I will be going here from now on.

Took 20 minutes to get a cold burger and jalapeno poppers that could crack your teeth they were so over cooked. I was the only person in the drive threw with 2 customers inside that were already served.

When I placed my order through the drive-thru, there was not a single car in front of me. After I paid, the male employee asked me to pull in front of the restaurant as they would bring me my order.
After a few minutes, he brought me my order.
During the entire process, there was still not a single car that came after me through the drive-thru….
I’m aware they have a “window time” to move drive through customers within 60 – 90 seconds so they’re not DINGED…. I’m glad they put their employees first over their customers….
Next time I’ll just walk in…

I ordered yesterday on the drive thru and i wanted to order the XL special and the AI speaker didn’t put the order in i end up ordering something else once i payed and got my ordered i stared eating in my car and two employees where outside and the person with black clothes im assuming that i was the manager was yelling at the other employee. I felt really uncomfortable.

The AI assistant for taking orders didn’t work well; it took the order incorrectly, and when I told it to cancel it, it froze. We wasted a lot of time until an operator took our order. When it came time to pay, the order wasn’t there, so we had to place it again. They didn’t give us napkins or ketchup for the fries, we ordered coffee, and they didn’t offer us cream or sugar. In short, a bad experience.

I moved from Chula Vista and have now visited this location 3 times since its near my new home. I agree with the low star reviews. No car in front of me and customer service is non existent. I parked my car since no one came to the drive thru window. My hash rounds were really greasy as well. Service is slow and there is no communication as to what is going on or even a simple greeting. Another business in El Cajon I will not support. There’s a lack of motivation out here and id rather wait and pay more for Inn n Out in the near future. Oh well.

Good burger when we eventually got it, along with free cookie. The problem was the new AI ordering system that went a bit crazy. It added all kinds of stuff to the order, and we basically started over again at the window when we were able to speak to a human

Tried to order in drive through. The new AI could not take the order. After telling it the food, size and drink it then asked me for the size and then what drink I wanted. Then the review screen had two different combos that I did not order. I asked it to start over and it got confused. I drove up to the window to try and place my order with a real person. No one was there. The inside was a mess and kind of dark. I waited a few minutes. No one showed up so I drove away.
AI is driving away business. Bring back real people to do the work. This is not saving time. Even when AI gets the order right, it takes longer to place an order and it takes away from the personal experience.

Ordered a double big Carl combo and my patty was raw. I had to re cook it in my air fryer. Even at the restaurant she just handed me the food and closed the window right away. I had to wait an additional 5min to get ketchup and ranch. Horrible.

Decent food and service. The dining area and restrooms are clean. The bacon, egg and cheese breakfast burrito combo is a good choice to get your day started. Dine-in, take out or drive through.
