Not too busy. The wait was short. The service was excellent. I didn’t really enjoy my famous star because it had too much dressing/sauce. I will ask for less dressing in my sandwich next time. The service is great and I’m sure they will make it for me the way I would prefer. Nice atmosphere.

Today in the morning I was discriminated by the manager, Veronica. She was very rude, she yelled at a costumer for wanting more sauce. Her costumer service is horrible. She’s always yelling and being obnoxious. This wasn’t the first time that I saw her act this way. I go every week and I feel pity for the employee’s working with her.

The Western Bacon Cheeseburger is a wonderful combination of flavors. The only drawback, at all Carl’s locations, the meat patties are always lukewarm at best. You will need to ask the cashier to please make sure the meat is hot.
