Fast, good solid Carl’s quality. Burger and strawberry shake, both very tasty. I ordered a Famous Star, very well done on the meat, because sometimes beef upsets my stomach but, I needed the iron, for my system, so when I start to feel weak, I order a delicious burger and Carl’s cooks listens to my specific order and they cook it “very well done.” The shakes are creamy and they top it off with whip cream. Thank you Carl’s for feeding us healthcare workers at the highest levels.

I’ve been to this specific Carl’s Jr. for 10 yrs, and they really improved their food quality and service over the years. Fries used to be cold, but now it’s burning hot (in a good way). It’s not too greasy or too salty; it’s perfect. And the burgers, as usual, are excellent. Plus, the veggies inside are very fresh! It could be a bit pricey but definitely worth the visit. Keep it up!

The service was good. The food was good. Easy to find. Is neighborhood is good. They don’t have enough parking place here. The drive-through is a long line. The table was dirty. They don’t give you enough catch up here.

I go to Carls Jr a lot on of my favorite spots. This one was particularly good. Wonderful service great staff, food cooked fresh and quick! Clean and well maintained restaurant! I’d say this was a 10/10!

Good food and fairly fast service. Located in an extremely busy parking lot with several large retailers. Not about this location in general, Carl’s Jr prices are going through the roof. Nearly $20 for two western bacon combos tonight.

Might want to train your employees on how to help paying customers with the app! Saying ” I don’t know I don’t use the app” in a rude dismissive way is unacceptable. I don’t care if it’s fast food or not. Customer service goes along way!

0 stars is more like it. WARNING EVERYONE! I bought 5 pieces of breaded chicken tenders here last night (11/23/2019) and as I was eating I kept feeling strings in my mouth. Turns out that I found what appears to be human hairs embedded in the batter. This totally grossed me out. This is a nasty experience and only God knows what else could’ve been in my food. Disgusting.

Food is as good as any other Carls Jr., but I gave the service a 2 because they’re anything but fast. In a line of 3 cars, where i was the third, it took 15 minutes to get my food from when I ordered. I’d have to guess they just don’t have as many people staffed as they should. And it’s not just this experience. Often, they take a long time to serve. If it is a staffing issue, I don’t blame the employees. They can only work as fast as they can and they are friendly, at least.
