I had a horrible experience at this Chipotle. This is actually the second time I’ve tried coming here, hoping things might have improved, but unfortunately it was even worse than before. It’s really disappointing because the location is perfect and very convenient.
First, the restaurant was filthy. Nearly every table was dirty, and there was food all over the floor. The overall cleanliness was simply unacceptable.
When I went to order, the food looked like it had been sitting in the display all night. The rice was completely dried out, the meats were dry with no juices, and the vegetables looked old and oxidized. The guacamole was entirely black. I actually had to ask the employee to stir the food before serving it.
In the end, the meal was inedible and I had to throw everything away. Chipotle really needs to address this situation because this is a very convenient, strategically located restaurant, and the current conditions are unacceptable.

Great food! Had a newer guy making my food, did great! Not over done, just right. Pleasant guy, doing his best. Interacting with customers as well. Nice location, eat on the patio, don’t forget the chips n guacamole too.

Its unreal to me how something so simple can be made difficult by apathetic employees. With 700 reviews and a 2.8 rating it explains a lot about this location. I drive out of my way to go to the location at York and Padonia same food completely different experience. Do better, be nice, its not that hard. Note, during this stop in…(my last stop in, because Im not coming back to this location)… there were no customers in front of or behind my purchase… so zero reason to throw food around with an attitude. You weren’t even a little busy. Do better… or go get jobs where you are working alone not with the public …. who is so annoying to spend their money here and bother you.

The female employees had something up their backside. Stoic and unpleasant. I mean if you don’t like the job, find something else that makes you happy so you dont take it out on the customers. The male employees were a little nicer. The food is only subpar. I got the salad, i paid for chopped up romaine instead of the leafy greens. What more can be expected from a food chain…

Two stars because it could have been worse I guess. My bowl was filled with so much sour cream I couldn’t eat it. And I was missing chips. When I filed a complaint online on the order they would only replace the missing chips. They didn’t care about the quality of my main entree. Yall know nobody wants to eat that much sour cream. There was more sour cream than sofritas in my bowl. I didn’t eat it.

I had always loved Chipotle but this wasn’t a good experience. We ordered two of the bowls and they had no Lettuce, no chips, no guacamole, no peppers & onions.
Just plenty of cheese.We went a head and took it anyway but that’s totally unsatisfactory in my eyes.

The food is usually good and orders are correct, so in that sense I can’t complain. But, they cannot be bothered to open on time. Multiple times I have had carry out orders through the app for 10:50AM and they don’t bother to unlock the door until close to 11 even though people are waiting outside and they’re supposed to be open.

I love usually going to this place. Although, I placed a pick-up order for my Dad and I and mine was completely wrong. They put my Dad’s order into my bowl. So, I went back said to the person at the checkout counter that my order was messed up and they said, “Okay, you can get in line,” in a rude way. It was given to my for free (I would hope so) but when the person said I could throw it away, I asked if they could throw it away behind them and they said, “We’re not allowed to take food over the counter, but there’s out behind you,” and pointed in such a dismissing way. I understand not being able to take food over the counter. Although, their attitude and facial expressions were just rude. I usually never complain either, but this was just rude.
