Orders online and had to wait despite no one being in the drive thru. The $5 milkshake wasn’t filled. If I’m paying $5 I would expect the cup to be filled. Quality and speed were just not a focus. I live down the street and will now be avoiding this place.

Typical Carl’s Jr. Great service, clean dining area and good food. I was there around lunch time and it was pretty empty. Bathrooms require an entry code and are fairly clean. Dining area is large. Drink fountain is near the front door and clean. Parking is plentiful. Main street corner location makes it easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

So this particular Carls is in my business center and my coworkers and I never go here because their service is so bad. I complained once before from a drive through order but gave them another shot today and just decided to walk in instead. I purposely complimented the manager as she was taking my order in hopes of putting her in a good mood since last time that was the issue… I paid close to $10 for a sandwich and fries. Asked for the white American cheese (paid an additional $0.50) asked for tomato (paid an additional $0.49) and leaf lettuce instead of shredded. So of course they give me yellow cheese which isn’t a big deal I can deal with that but they gave me lettuce that looked old and an end cut of the tomato about the size of a dollar piece. All I asked was if she could switch my tomato for a bigger slice seeing how she just charged me fifty cents for it, yes I could’ve walked over to target and got an whole one probably for about a dollar or so more but figured I’d just pay for the convenience. But Christy the manager rolled her eyes and told the girl I was being picky. I said no I paid extra for it I want my monies worth. Any way I’m back at work now and I don’t even want this anymore. Last time I’ll stop at this location!

Customer service excellent, food was hot and fresh delicious , dine is always clean and restrooms.. I like this location always friendly I love the mix and match great specials. I definitely will return to this location.

I gave one star for cleanliness and the soda station was well stocked. Another star for the gal who served me who was A professional & nice. The food was awful. The chicken filet and the french fries tasted like they’ve been cooked in wold oil. The french fries were limp even though they looked over-cooked. I will not be returning nor do I recommend.
