I visited on Christmas-eve day.
I walked in, I did not use the drive-thru which was apparently for some reason garnered considerably faster service.
I had the chicken strips, the meat itself was a quality piece of meat, some of it though was too well-done.
The service was very slow but the young man at the counter was kind.
The atmosphere was… OK. Nothing to brag about, it was obvious that the far greater majority of customers were drive-thru so, the atmosphere within the restaurant reflected that fact.

We were sitting in the drive thru and the girl that worked there told us it would be a moment. We sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes. I asked if we should come back later. The girl literally just said “Yeah.” And so we left.
We drove past the lobby and there was one single person in there that she was taking their order.

Service and food was decent but their fountain machine (soda machine) desperately needs cleaning. I ordered a Sprite with no ice and it tasted of mold. So stale tasting I tossed it out. Waste of money and could cause someone to get sick! Clean your machines!

Slightly raining outside and when we walked in it was very cold inside. Took our burgers home because they were getting cold while we were trying to eat them. The thermostat was at 61degrees. In October. Not going back.

Been here twice. A week apart. AC still isn’t working. The staff is sweating like crazy and the thermostat says 91 degrees. If it were just one day it would be believable but (8) days plus is a long time to leave people in this kind of heat. I like the food. I’ll just go to a different location. I do service work in the summer heat. It’s nice to be able to stop for lunch and get a break from the heat. But not here.

This location has potential, but it is really getting run down. The parking lot is rough and mostly gravel. The dining area is spacious, but dirty and cluttered. The bathrooms are foreboding. The staff was polite, but they did get my order wrong. Based on the location, this could be a flagship restaurant. Wendy’s, Burger King, McDonald’s and Long John Silvers are next door.

I waited 20 minutes to place my order, and I was the only person that was there! I really wanted my double Western cheese burger. The lobby and dining area looked like a bunch of people had a good fight. No exaggeration I wish I had pictures. Employees on their phones or ignoring customers ( me).
