We just had lunch here today. I am giving 5 stars. The food was excellent and so was the customer service. Tori and I didn’t get the other girl’s name with the nice nails. Tori and the other girl were super nice and we cannot wait to go again. I will not be going back to McDonald’s. McDonald’s needs to take some tips from you guy’s. See you soon.

Oh my god. I haven’t had great food from a Carl’s Jr. In freaking years! Even my hubby, who doesn’t care much for Carl’s Jr. was impressed and happy with his food. My fried zucchini wasn’t soggy and it was fried to perfection. The guacamole burger was beyond amazing. Definitely will stop again when we are in the area.

Only 2 workers. One young lady manning the counter and the drive thru and one cook. Maria the cook was extremely slow. We were traveling and lost an hour waiting for our food. The food was delicious though.

Girl taking orders did not understand my question so she charged me for a sausage and egg biscuit with no egg when I asked for a sausage biscuit. My meal was $9 once I added a small coffee and hash rounds.

This restaurant consistently has the worst customer service in town. Carl’s jr is my favorite fast food but I go without now in Willcox because of the horrible service. Probably better for my health anyway.

I ordered lunch today for my husband and myself. The cashier messed up my husband’s order, and I did not catch the mistake until after I paid. I pointed out the error, and she said okay and asked me to park to wait for my order. When they finally brought out my order, I again pointed out the error. The girl who brought out the order told me that since I didn’t pay for what I wanted, they wouldn’t fix the error. I decided to just go home and deal with it. When I got home, I found out my food was also made incorrectly. They permanently lost this customer.
