Well, Carl’s Jr use to be my back-up to IN&OUT, but last night I stopped at a Carl’s Jr off Interstate 10fwy because I needed to gas up.
Due to the heavy rains the dinning area was empty, I couldn’t afford french fires, or a drink. The price was a few bucks more than a number #1 at IN&OUT.
So from today forward, I will just have to suck it up until I get the Deal Meal, that I know to be fair.

My food has arrived cold and without all the items being there. They have refused to make me chicken tenders at 10 o’clock when they don’t close until 11. The employees do not do their jobs properly and do not take their job seriously. Regardless of the industry, you’re in you should still have proper respect for the job you’re doing and serving your customers should be your utmost priority.

There is nothing fast about this fast food place. The girl working had no sense of urgency and it was about a 45 minute wait to get two famous stars they do not have it together and they’re not a cohesive team. Avoid at all cost the women move super slow and don’t really know what they’re doing.

Tables dirty, I asked for them to be cleaned and she “Yarene” got upset walking to the lobby with one hand in her pocket. She was fixing chairs throwing them. When Yarene cleaned our table she sprayed over my husband arm and possibly on our food. Yarene knew I was waiting for our table to be cleaned with our food waiting but yet cleaned eight tables before cleaning ours. She sprayed with so much anger she got disinfectant spray on my husband. She didn’t even have a badge on. I had to ask her for her name to report this bad service after paying $40 on food after driving 4 hours from long trip. Food was good, cook was a young male.
The soda machine was flat with no gas and it was brought to Yarenes attention and it wasn’t fixed. We paid for 3 drinks that were flat. Dr Pepper was out. Store # 1102291

Arrived yesterday at 10.21pm at the drive through. Waited 15-20 to order at the drive through entrance, employee definitely saw us sitting and waiting at the order spot!
Knocked on the windows, no response!
Fully ignoring my whole truck and kept cleaning.
I am assuming these employees just wanted to close early and be out by 10.59pm.
You guys should check your security footage and the cash register. I wasn’t the only drive through customer who got ignored!
Probably not one single penny coming in after 10.21pm because of staff.
I have a video but can’t upload it.

I’m here at 6 am, not busy at all. It looks clean, but the one thing I frown on is any food establishment having a blow dryer in the bathroom instead of paper towels. They never think of where it’s located, no matter how clean the restroom is, they are unable to clean that blow dryer . And you have to open the door to come out. That’s what I use the paper towel for to. Not everyone washes their hands when their business is done. The reason for the 3 star review. Put paper towels in the restroom or fix the door to push out when you exit.

Place was empty when I got there, ordered 3 meals and had to wait about 15 minutes to get them, fast food is not fast anymore. Although employees were very kind, food was way below average, I can surely say that this is the Carls Jr with the worst food that I have ever have.

I was tired and made mess and couldn’t get some machine to work, the lady smiled and helped me, she was great, maybe lead, Sunday early afternoon. Carl’s Jr Great friendly almost family staff.

I had an excellent experience with the young lady thay helped us in the drive thru. I should have gotten her name- it was an 8pm issue shift- anyhow, she was super nice, her attitude was amazing, amd she went out of her way to get us a side of bbq (I would have been totally ok without it), but she took the time to go the extra mile…excellent customer service- hope she gets recognition
