The wait time is ridiculous. I had to wait 30 minutes for a simple order. I would understand if there was a crowd waiting but one customer aside from me which that order was done wrong.

We came from traveling, our cashier name was Nancy was extremely rude as we were ordering we asked if we can also use the bathroom she said the code would print out at the bottom of our recipe and my 3 year old had to go bad and she lied and it did not print she wrote it down at the bottom instead of just telling us the code as we continued to order. She needs a Costumer service course!!

Just had a great customer service experience at the drive thru. I didn’t catch his name but the young man working the window had a contagiously positive attitude was friendly and curious.
My order was slightly delayed because the fries were not ready. Because there was no one in line he chatted with me a bit then had me move out front where he delivered my when it was ready. A+ on the customer service!

A burger and fries was $14 then when I asked for bbq sauce they’d only give me one and tried to charge me extra when they already overprice their whole menu. The manager was terrible at her job.

I placed an order for a breakfast burger and coffee and was running behind for work so I needed my order to be ready and it was. I wasnt sure because I went to another carls jr and well placed an order and place was closed still. Thankfully this one is still open and had my food ready. So will be checking in more often.

The bathrooms are always dirty, they’re always out of something on the menu, and the kids playground is still closed. The chicken sandwiches are so plain, the ranch is bland, and the fries need more seasoning. They must be short staffed because it took me over 10 minutes to order.

Purchased combo. Fry’s were old. After eating them thought I better take a good look at this sandwich. Bread was hard, smelled stale. Turned around to go back to have one remade. Girl at window tried to act “as if” assuring me food was fresh. I said no thank you to her option to resolve (what keep it? Gross!) She went back to have one made fresh and when I inspected that sandwich to my horror literally the stale one has just been warmed up. Bacon was petrified. And I thought western bacons came with onion rings not “the cook is mad it was sent back and tore up the old pieces of onion rings and threw them on” pieces. It was clear the food was just warmed up so as to shut me up. Most horrible Carls Jr experience ever. If this is the type of people your going to put behind your counters you will be closed by Christmas!
