This is first restaurant where even patrons/crowd werr accommodating and courteous.
When we went into restaurant today there was private event happening with tables booked. we were family of four. As soon as we turned around to head out, a kind person from that private party offered us table and let us have dinner, made it very special for us.

I am a regular at Zeppe’s in Bedford Hts. I currently work as a caregiver for people with special needs and we didnt have anything ready to cook so we.decided to get Zeppe’s (not our first time to enjoy their food). I had one of the residents with me today. So today I go to pay for my order and I was told somebody took care of our bill. The person wished to remain anonymous. I thank them so much. We ate everything. I always say I really like the regulars and workers there. This really made my day. A heartfelt thank you to the anonymous person.

We’ve been going recently to watch games and we’re so impressed. The atmosphere and service is always great. I appreciate the seasonal decorations as well. Kate has been our server several times and while I think I heard she was new, she is amazing! She’s very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and attentive. The food is always great and always consistent. While I love Zeppe’s pizza, it’s my favorite, the firecracker shrimp are so good! The sauce and aioli tastes better than some that I’ve had at higher end places. Wings are crispy and the salad is loaded and fresh. And I love the ranch dressing, tastes homemade. We just love Zeppe’s!

On Monday night, I originally planned to order one of the regular burger specials, but Dwanna—whose personality and enthusiasm are absolutely infectious—encouraged me to try the monthly feature: the Tommy Salami Burger with tots. The napkins I used to keep the pizza warm believe it or not. It works great that way I use them as I eat the pizza lol. Then take the ones I didn’t use them for the next day. I had a couple pieces left. Wow what a meal for no onions and extra cheese. The pizza was to die for I guess I’m not used to saying that.
I would eat this cauliflower crust pizza over and over and over again the beer was really cold and really tasty. Looks like they clean their lines. This is an old school atmosphere beautiful decor good feeling I love the lighting you guys for very friendly service. I will come back again .

I’ve added to this review twice I had to say because I forgot the pizza was actually a psychologist. There were two things that happened today the friendly person at the sheets when I was getting my diesel fuel from my big truck one of the most friendliest people I had ever encountered in my life and had such a great attitude and then I roll in here , this pizza is a psychologist. I feel great again.

When I spend $30 on 16 wings and I specifically request that my wings be so well done that the skin pops and I’m not in a rush and you were not busy!! It was so dead when I walked up in that place. I was the only one in there and this was at 5:40pm in the evening and then I drive all the way back to twinsburg to find out that my wings were just cooked in 25 minutes just like any other type of wings. I’m very disappointed & pissed off. In addition I never knew that you didn’t get any ranch with your wings. any celery with your wings? I typically get my wings from burgers 2 beer but because I had their pizza for the first time last week and their pizza was good, I decided to try their wings well. once I have a bad experience you just lose me as a customer. Maybe I’m picky cuz I’m a chef but again if I wanted regular cooked wings cuz it takes 25 minutes to cook regular raw wings to doneness in a deep fryer. Well done needs an additional 10 minutes. When I bite into the wing and the skin slides off and it’s all over the place. I just end up not wanting it so I’m sorry that they did not understand my cooking instructions. It wasn’t rocket science but I won’t be returning there. Money is too hard to come by to not have your food the way you request to have it made!!
