Came here on a Sunday 4/16/23 around 8-9pm. They had 5 staff working there and 0 customers inside, I ordered 2 things off their menu for dine in. 15 min has passed, and I got nothing. 1 dine in customer showed up ordered for dine in and received their food in under 5 min. 30min passed, and still nothing, employees unconcerned. No one questioned why I hadn’t received my food, nothing. Not to mention, I’m sitting at the closest booth to the register. I go up to the cash register and ask for a refund because I waited 30min and didn’t get my food. The cashier grabs a manager to issue my refund, not even explaining to them what my concern is. The manager says, “Hey, what can I get for you today?” I explained the situation of waiting 30min for my food and not receiving anything. He was not apologetic and just issued my refund. No one seemed to care about wasting my time. Their night shift is a joke.

EASILY one of the WORST fast food burgers I’ve ever ordered. I asked for a Western bacon cheeseburger with “crispy” bacon please. Man oh man, what came out was farrr farr far from that. Squished, barely even Luke warm, burger, so much BBQ sauce everything was covered and dripping. Everything was soggy and disgusting. Bacon was the fattiest, worst looking, “Bacon” I’ve ever seen. I also ate this DINE IN so you’d think, maybe, just maaaybe they would give the customer something presentable. They are LUCKY I forgot to take pics, only because I was so irritated I just threw everything away and walked out. I’ll never ever return to even give you guys the time of day to steal my money again.
