I love Carl’s and maybe it has something to do with the truckstops, but this inland restaurant seems to always fail, hitting the mark on the signature taste for the superstar. Couldn’t figure out if the bread was just dry or stale either. The service employees were great, however.

Ordered the jalapeño double cheeseburger when I got home there was no jalapeños and the cheese is supposed to be pepper jack and they had the yellow cheese so I went back the next day with the burger and the manager approached me and I said well this is not what I ordered so I brought it back. it’s just the principle of the thing that I ordered what I ordered and that’s what I want and she was very rude and in a way that you could tell that she didn’t wanna deal with me got the burger and handed it to me. I said thank you and she didn’t say one word back to me. My family and friends will skip that location they need better customer service skills

It was a great experience! We stopped coming to this location many months ago because of their customer service. Decided to give it a try after their remodeling and let me tell you we will be coming back. The whole store was clean inside and out. Customer service rocked! Its always great to be greeted by beautiful hardworking ladies.

The food was cold as the people who worked there. I grew up on Carl’s Jr and this Carl’s Jr needs a big make over. The bacon western cheese burger was cold, the bun was hard and the cheese was not melted. The restaurant was dirty and sticky the soda machine was moldy and smelled.
