I always go through the drive through. This has been the best Carl’s Jr establishment that I have been to. They are very friendly, they care enough to offer a water cup on a hot day. They made my food fresh. They smile, and really do a good job. I am greatful for Christa. She is a very nice woman. She says nice things, and has exceptional customer service. The Riverdale, and Arizona Carl’s Jr’s are not as good as this one. Thank you for careing.

Had to wait for drive-thru food and fries were not fresh. Ordered chicken strips which were great. However, honey mustard sauce tasted “funny” looked at another package and noticed dated 2023. Really? It says right on package this contains egg.

This place is always nice to go to and the employees are lovely but they never have fry sauce (I’m sure they make their own fry sauce so I don’t get why they never have it)

Customer service was great, the ladies made us laugh on Christmas night although the food was not so great the oil that they cook in is gross, it has a sour taste when eating the chicken nuggets or fries! Will not be returning unfortunately

It is a bit of a pain to enter the parking lot due to traffic (especially during rush hour) but if you can make it in it’s a wonderful store as far as Carl’s Jr’s go. Clean and professional and the service is 2nd to none. Definitely a great place to grab a bite to eat.

I arrived at this Carl’s Jr location at approximately 1:20pm and sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before someone came to the speaker, only to be told to wait. I waited another 5 minutes and left after no one came back on because I had an appointment I couldn’t miss. There was only 1 vehicle in the parking lot and no one in front me me in the drive thru. Not sure what was going on. Went through subway next store.

They forgot my sauce and my order was wrong. I do like Carl’s, but geez, if your job is to take an order, then why can’t you do your job?

Weve never had an issue here.
Customer service is always great 1/10 = 10
Friendly 1/10 = 10
Fast service 1/10 = 8
Their not very quick but they always give you fresh food so its worth the wait i still give them 5 stars, plus they let you use various coupons in just one purchase. Which is great!
at other restaurants they absolutely do not allow you to do that (only 1 coupon per customer).

I came here at 4:45 on a Thursday night. There were 2 cars ahead of me waiting to have their order taken. 30 minutes later… they finally are taking my order. The staff was indifferent and seemed completely bored. There was no apology or explination for the wait. I get up to the window and get a similar treatment. So after almost 40 minutes I finally have my drinks… then another 5 minutes later they say they don’t have any fríes ready and I will need to pull around and wait. I can see through the Windows that the staff seems to be moving at a snails pace as if unaware of the now 5 car line in the drive through, behind me another 5 minutes later I finally get my food. So at what’s considered to be a fast food restaurant I have wanted a total of 50 minutes… i gave one more star only because the food was hot and very good otherwise this would be a one star review.
