we came friday night and they were backed up out the door with a full lobby of online orders waiting as well. they did the absolute best they could and never let the stress get to their attitudes. they got us our food as fast as they could and right before us they were wrapping up a (very) large online order and she came in, in front of us and demanded to cancel her order (they literally rushed it and it was done in front of her face) and she basically caused a scene. Anyways they were extremely professional and we told them they were doing so great and i just wanted to give them a good review because if i were them i would have been so frazzled and honestly probably rude to the customers so they’re awesome.

we came in during peak dinner rush on a friday night and the lobby was packed, line to the door and a lobby full of people waiting for online orders. they were understaffed, dealing with rude customers that were demanding refunds, and were just absolutely slammed. and the staff had the best attitudes, just so sweet and kind even though they were clearly having a rough night. i applaud them for their professionalism and staying respectful and treating every customer kindly.

Typical Saturday morning. Stopped in abt 10:15am. There was a chill atmosphere and the employees were just zooming along. The lady making my burrito took the time to mix the ingredients with a few short practiced moves ensuring an equally delicious bite throughout! Well done, Qdoba, Smith Valley & SR135!!! Well done!

This Qdoba purposely messes up online orders. On multiple occasions I’ve received online orders with no protein that I paid for. I really don’t understand why because i paid for it. Terrible management. Please close this store and replace it with another food spot where you get what you pay for.

Burrito was pretty good but cold. They didn’t add chips to our order and the staff wasn’t very friendly. We went because my wife had gotten a message from Q’doba giving us a free meal with the purchase of one but yhey didn’t accept our code.

Fast, friendly, and delicious. Nice big portions and tons of flavor options. Staff are outgoing and nice, at least in the mornings when I visit. Still very much a corporate chain, but they do everything well.

I will be contacting the health department to inspect this location. The workspaces are absolutely filthy (they were dragging the bowls through queso and other spilled ingredients). The counter top looked like it hadn’t been wiped down for at least for 24 hours. I would be surprised if the employees were practicing food safety with the way they quite literally throw the food around, never mind the servere lack of customer service. I wish I could replace this poor excuse for a Qdoba with a Chipotle. I will be driving the extra 5 minutes to Chipotle from now on. Yuck. Seriously how hard is it to put the food INTO the bowl?!
Not to mention, they were out of guacamole at 5:30 pm.

It’s unfortunate how they now prioritize online orders. Rather than having someone dedicated to those, they stop helping those in line for 5-10 minutes at a time to work on online orders and don’t acknowledge anyone standing in front of them waiting.
