Unimpressed with the mobile order service here. Wish they had some healthier menu options and better, more competitive/alluring app deals. As it was only edge they seem to have in my eyes is the play place gym for the youngsters.

The food is way, way over priced compared to other fast food hamburger joints. If i wanted to pay $15 for a burger, fries and drink I would go to Red Robin, Applebee’s, Wingers or Buffalo Wild Wings and get a much better burger and fresh hot fries for a buck or 2 more.

I have held off from reviewing this place but I have calmed down from my last horrible experience. I ordered for my family through the drive through and have had been told to pull up to the front. So I did. I got rebuked cause I didn’t pull up ahead by the curb which wasn’t what I was told. As I got home I had a few things missing of my order, I shrugged it off cause I was so hungry. Once I took a bite of my burger I felt something I was so intensely disgusted by. I had a LONG 18 inch hair strand in my burger. All this happening on the same day I vouched to not go there any more. I hate to do that since it has a playpen for kids that I saw the convenience for family-friendly environment. My orders before this even were incorrect of missing items. I craved their burgers cause of the variety, but no more. I recommend Red Robin for Gourmet burgers, and a BK isn’t too far.

Wow, probably the worst experience ever. The food was horrible. If I hadn’t gone through the drive thru, u would have gone back and asked for my money back. I just spent $17.90 for their new Monster Thickburger and got ripped off! Looks like they sat on it and there wasn’t a single flake of lettuce on it. Their fry sauce was very bland as well.

Eveytime I go to this Carls Jr. the manger there is always rude and passive aggressive with her customers and employees. So this is the second time I have received a burnt bun. I went in around 6pm and order one famous star and a western with no sauce. On my western burger ,the bottom bun was cold and burnt, so I go to tell the lady that is in the front ,Lorena was her name. I tell her if they could remake it she responds with “That’s how the bun came out since you got it with no sause” they remade it but then was visibly bothered. She tried to bicker with me about it. How the buns come out like that all the time, so I just ask her for my money back since it was such a issue. Lorena did but still upset. Anytime I go there in the morning the buns aren’t burnt with sauce or no sauce so iether you guys have to get your thing fixed or it’s just a lie. The boy in the front was trying to help them out (Jonathan) but they didnt agree with him. I regret not taking a picture. Everything was just a weird and bad experience.

I love taking my kids here, but it seems like they haven’t cleaned the play structure probably for a year. It’s starting to smell of a STRONG odor feet & urine smell. It also just all around looks dirty in the play area. I’d love for them to shut it down for a day and do a super deep clean. I won’t be taking the kids back until that happens. The people who work there are so nice and that’s my only suggestion.

it is crazy to see how many people are on a shift, yet not one of them knows how to grab a cloth and clean the tables… this location is just gross. Overfull trash cans… to the point where people just leave their trash on the tables. Beverage area is just covered in sticky coke and garbage. Tables are ALL sticky. …and a playground area that I can only imagine hasn’t seen a cleaner in years. As a customer, when I see a business like this… I automatically assume the kitchen looks exactly like your beverage area. Avoid this Carl’s JR location.

In general I’m a fan of Carl’s Jr. The food at this restaurant is what you’d expect. My family enjoys it.
This location in particular is one of my favorite places to take the kids. The play place here is nice. Pretty big and is clean. Also I can see in from the dining area. The restaurant, including bathrooms, is always clean and pleasant. The staff here is excellent. I have never had an issue with my order, and the couple times I’ve seen/heard people that did have issues they got it fixed for them no problem. Also, I don’t go here super often but I have had them bring my food to the table I was planning to sit at before I was even done getting all the drinks. She said “You usually sit here so I put your stuff here, is that ok?” It was great. And we always make a little mess. I try to clean up after the herd of kids I bring but someone usually comes and starts cleaning and tells me to not worry about it.
