This was my first time ever at a Red Robin. I usually don’t eat at chain restaurants but decided to try it. It was amazing, I arrived as soon as they opened so I felt bad for that. I apologized as soon as I walked In and the lady started to laugh and said it’s okay, that I was actually the second guest.
I didn’t know anything about the endless fries. The waitress brought me fries and my drink immediately. My food was done so quickly and she brought me another order of fries. I could barely finish my burger. It was so good and fresh. The restaurant was so clean , the bathroom was spotless as well.
I’d definitely recommend this place if you have never eaten here. I will be returning for sure.

Went with a group of coworkers. Everything was good but being with a group didn’t like everyone’s bill was on the little lap top computer . So each person had to go through and find their bill and pay by credit card or debit card . Had to have someone come and put more paper in to get the receipt. Food is fresh and can get refills on sides and regular beverages

Ate here today. Andy was on point and did an excellent job. The food was good but the dessert didnt come with the strawberry sauce like it said but was still ok. I ordered one of the specialty pizzas with a gooey brownie a la mode . The person with me ordered nachos and a lemon cake. She liked the nachos but her cake was frozen and couldn’t cut it. We each got a soft drink and paid seperate. Our bills were both $27each before tip

Ladies restroom. 4 stalls. Handicap out of order, 1 stall has the seat visibly sliding off, 1 stall the giant metal TP/seat cover/trash can is hanging open over the toilet seat that has a giant black metal scratch mark between your legs, the final stall that I thought was ok wasn’t… that seat slid too far over, when I went to get TP it was pushed through the other side and almost fell out (because of that metal door hanging open), there was 2 seat covers, and no where to hang my purse. Ok so I’m good, go to wash my hands… wow, thought it couldn’t get worse. I had to push so hard to get soap and barely got any. Gave up and used other dispenser, that worked. Go to get a paper towel… the low dispenser was out. Thankfully the high dispenser worked.
Our cheese came out crusty with our pretzels warm. They are usually too hot to touch for a few minutes….

The atmosphere is lively and kid-friendly, with servers who go out of their way to make everyone feel special. We’ve had so many memorable family outings here from celebrating birthdays to just grabbing a quick bite. The quality is top-notch, and the value is unbeatable. First time at a Red Robin. It was an amazing experience and will be back. The hostess greeting and taking us to our table was extremely kind. The waitress was one of the best waitress we have had in a long time. The waitress was very kind and tentive.
The food is amazing and quick. The fries were not overly seasoned, but the seasoning is at the table, which is nice to season them to your liking. The burger was cooked and seasoned perfectly. It was the perfect meal. I couldn’t ask for better food or service.
This is a resteraunt to try.

Had a great lunch food was great, milkshakes perfect, Andy was our waiter really did a great job, made sure we had everything at all times..Overall good experience, if I had to say negative it would be that my wife’s chicken tasted like the fryer. But overall good food

It’s clean, the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and you don’t have to wait very long for your food
They have a lot of different burgers to choose from. We usually just get the simple cheeseburger.
