It’s hit or miss here. It depends entirely on who’s working. There’s the most unfriendly man alive, who will just stare at you until you order. No “hi” or anything, but he makes a good burger. Then are two young women that you have zero chance of getting a good burger from. There’s another young woman who is there a lot who actually does a great job. Today, I got the two burger slobs. I ordered a jalapeno burger, and it had exactly three slices of jalapeno, a metric yard of soggy tomatoes, and the buns were cold, all served with soggy old fries.

Only thing worse than cold fries is an even colder burger. Stopped in at about 11:00 a.m. heading to Pocatello after dealing with some terrible traffic. Figured if I caught it early, the food would be nice and fresh.

I went to Carlos jr on 3/2/2023 it was 9:40 when we pulled up through the drive through and the girl couldn’t take our order because they were closed. The sign said they close at 10:00pm. I have worked at fast food restaurants and this is unacceptable

Been on the road all morning, and needed to get some food in us, and let the kids out of the car. My husband accidentally knocked his soda all over the table and floor after we got our food. They got the mop out and was very friendly to my family. we forgot our son doesn’t like sauce on his burger, and my 3 year old said he won’t eat it. The lady mopping up our mess was so nice and told them to bring out a new cheese burger with just pickles. I am happy with our experience with Jerome Carl’s Jr. Thank you!

Nice little restaurant, the servers were friendly and professional. The food was good, The only reason for lesser stars is they added tomato when asked to exclude tomato, and forgot sauces for nuggets. Overall a good place to have a bite to eat.

One of the worst chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. The bread was mushy and the sauce tasted watered down. The soda machine wouldn’t shut off and splattered all over me.The rest of the order wasnt any better. Feel bad for my construction guys I bought lunch for. Waste of money.
