Went here against all my better judgement as I wanted something different, ordered a burrito meal and got this a 4 in by 2 inch burrito with hardly anything in it, in fact my tater tots were larger than the whole burrito. Come on guys I’ve heard of inflation reduction but to pay $10 for a meal any get 1 burrito smaller than 2 at your competitors. That is highway robbery. Small portions, no clean windows and you all wonder why no one is coming in. Clean up your act.

It’s hit or miss here. It depends entirely on who’s working. There’s the most unfriendly man alive, who will just stare at you until you order. No “hi” or anything, but he makes a good burger. Then are two young women that you have zero chance of getting a good burger from. There’s another young woman who is there a lot who actually does a great job. Today, I got the two burger slobs. I ordered a jalapeno burger, and it had exactly three slices of jalapeno, a metric yard of soggy tomatoes, and the buns were cold, all served with soggy old fries.

Portions were tiny, very surprising for Carl’s Jr. The three piece chicken strips were smaller than fingers. The California burger was all sauce with a tiny piece of lettuce. They still have the zucchini on the menu but stopped serving it recently.

Went to Carl’s Jr drive through I ordered the big Hamburger combo for $5.99 and It took 20 minutes to get my food went 2 1/2 miles started eating fries were cold and mushy over salted the Hamburger bun over powered everything on the burger and the Hamburger was cold ended up throwing the meal away the only thing that was OK was my soda I won’t be going back I will be going back to artic circle Artic circle rocks.

Awesome crisp fries.
Dble burger: 1st one made wrong. 2nd one had Barely warm beef patties, sloppy construction, excessive ketchup and smearing outside all over, veggies all in a pile. I had to deconstruct it just to eat it without looking like a caveman and I practically just tried to eat the cold beef with cheese. Never again.
2 soda fountains for the lobby were out of order.
$15??? Do better Carl’s, do better. Helps earn repeat business.

I probably go here a couple of times a month. I’ve rarely have a bad experience. They are pretty good about getting your order correct. I usually order the same thing every time I go. I love the guacamole bacon thick Burger. And recently I’ve been getting a lot of my sandwiches. Lettuce wrapped, and this is the only fast food place here in town that actually wraps the patty in a leaf of lettuce. Other fast food places throw it in a box and dump lettuce on top of it.

Restroom was filthy with trash bin full and paper on the floor. Underside of toilet seat had dried urine. Brown colored sink. Food came out luke warm and not hot or fresh. Employees standing around.

The employees were very friendly and helpful when taking the order. They brought our food out to us and asked if we needed anything else. The manager (Alexx?) was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. There were awesome Easter decorations with an Easter tree in the dining room! Great experience over all!
