On 11/11/25. I had the worst fast food experience of my life. I went during the night and the manger, she glared, didn’t take out order well, had an unfriendly attitude. Went through the drive thru. The clerk was clear, listened and the food order was fast, correct, hot, and the drink cold. Napkins and ketchup was also in the bag. The miros across the road. Quick and easy. And the food was good.

This evening, Karina gave me such an attitude from the moment I walked in.
I ordered my burger a specific way and she did not take it down at all. So after I paid, and I got the receipt, I clarified to her my order. She told me she didn’t have time for me at the moment and then did some stuff in the back before coming back up.
So after I told her again she quickly turned around loudly saying to the employee in the back, “I didn’t say anything to her about making it special.” I said it to her three times before paying. So this is a lie. Then, they made it wrong anyway. But luckily, it was just lettuce and onion. So I could just take it off and throw it away.
I get that youre frustrated with other things but if you’re gonna talk bad about the customer and lie about what they said, at least make sure they can’t hear you.

11:30 on a Saturday and all I was craving was hash browns. I thought Carl’s Jr might do breakfast longer than other restaurants, so I went through the drive thru and was excited to see hash rounds on the menu. When I ordered them, the lady told me that breakfast was over – but she would make them for me anyway. Not only did she freshly make them for me outside of breakfast hours, but she got our order ready FAST, and it did not seem like she had much help. I have had similarly excellent service every time I have come here in the past 4 years, despite having annoying, big, or complicated orders. The people running this restaurant are doing a wonderful job, and I highly recommend it for your fast food stop.

We go here every Friday morning for their grilled cheese two for four it is amazing and we just want to give a special recognition to Karina. She has been doing a great job and every time we get our food from her in the morning it is always hot. And fresh. The presentation is amazing and we always come just for the service and the great food and the staff. They all do such an amazing job. Keep up the good work everyone from the cooks to the drive-through to the cleaners, the place looks clean and amazing. Will come back for more food. ☮️✝️ ✌️

I drove OUT of my WAY…only to not get points or food! Cashier took my debit card to the window. She didn’t give me my points and when I took it back inside to show her, she said, NOT MY PROBLEM!!!! I WILL NEVER buy from your company again
AND CAN’T find a phone ### because they have all been disconnected!!! Good RIDENCE!!!!

First of all the woman taking drive through orders is of a country that doesn’t speak English, and rude, now the food, or what was represented as such. Fries, so much salt on them it was falling out of the openings on the box, completely inedible. The burger, or I’m not quite sure what it truly was???? Definitely wasn’t a beef product, soy??? Plant??? Cardboard??? It was a gray color, bun was flat , and cold, had to wait about 10 minutes to receive order, which I understand, 3 people in the car, 2 same burger orders, 1 chicken strip order, 3 sodas, absolutely the worst fast food experience in Cheyenne, how do they stay open is beyond me,

I don’t go to this Carl’s Jr. that often because every time I go I have a bad experience. The food looks gross and the service is not great. Came to this Carl’s Jr. No line was not busy went in around 3pm. Got my order and when I got home and opened it my chicken sandwich was drenched in mayo chicken looked burnt, famous star did not look like a famous star and the western burger meat looked like it was old (gray in color) barf! I called them and the guy said he would remake it but I don’t have time to go back and asked for a refund. Dude hung up on me! WTH kind of customer service was this? Imagine if I did have him remake it, he probably would’ve done something to the food! If you don’t want a call back then make the food right. I can’t believe they give customers their food looking gross and uneditable! I threw it all away and will never go back to this Carl’s Jr. Rude workers who don’t care about their customers and obviously don’t care in how the present the food. They should just shut this one down because from all the reviews it looks like it is heading in this direction. Or if anything change management and crew and maybe there might be a possibility of it surviving.
