This place is a joke. No customer service. Service desk says use the kiosk, 1 kiosk has a broken card reader and you have to pay at the register, other one is out of service. Padlock on the bathroom door and was told I needed to order something before my daughter could use the restroom. Then we order a HAPPY MEAL with a $2 upcharge for a small shake, the shake machine is broken so they attempted to give me a bigger cup instead of a refund,I politely refused as my 5 year old does not need a large cup. They give our food and refuse to give me a cup for my daughters happy meal because they refunded the $2 upcharge back.lol this girl thinks that because she gave me the upcharge money back the meal no longer comes with a meal. HAHA. This is a prime example of why Richmond should be avoided like the plague. OH and beware getting cups from here because I touched the happy meal box and the large cup and they put the cup back with the others since I refused the food and asked for a full refund, nasty to think who’s hands touched the cup you’re drinking from. FYI, I have pictures but Google doesn’t seem to allow pictures anymore.

This is the worst McDonald’s in world!!! The food is cold. I specifically ask my nuggets to be cooked to order but when I received them, they were so lukewarm. The order taker acted as though she didn’t care. I’ve worked McDonald’s for years and never treated people the way this stupid store does. I’m surprised the health department doesn’t shut them down.

Don’t waste your time!
I stopped into this McDonalds heading back to NC and the chicken sandwich I ordered was old and fries cold. When I went in to use the bathroom there was a code on the door. I asked the person standing in the dinning room for the code and she told me I had to order first. I asked her wasn’t that a bathroom for the customers and she said again, you have to order first.
Customer service needs to be trained here.

Pulled in to grab some quick breakfast, and it ended up taking 20 minutes to get my food. There was one other car in line with me. They handed my orange juice to me and said pull to the next window. There was something red on the outer lid, so when someone finally came I asked for another. Second one came back exactly the same.

They gave me the wrong coffee. I asked for 5 sugars/ cream, I was given black only. The English muffins could be toasted a little longer. The order clerk talks so fast I have to ask her twice to repeat the question when ordering, but I’m noticing that happens everywhere!!

The service at this store is just ridiculous. They never have anything made and then it takes forever for them to make it. Just now I pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a single McDouble. I pay for it and was told to pull up because they didn’t have one made. I sat there for 23 minutes and waited and they never came out to bring my burger. I just pulled off. I’m not coming back to this store anymore. It’s a waste of time

Unbelievably bad and rude employee in the Drive-Thru at 10/6/2020 10:37pm. I asked what toys they had currently was it the marvel toys. I then waited about 5 minutes without any reply or response. She said no so I asked what toys do you currently have she said we got the kids meal toys right now. I said well thank you anyway and left then all I heard was laughter from her and somebody else I guess.
This place needs major overhaul of crew apparently.
