Ordered an online order and got what is pictured. Whole top bun is literally soggy and had those finger imprints. I then called the establishment where the “manager” was rude, and when I kept trying to tell him what was ordered was a double, that the bread was completely soggy, and the stuff was thrown on, he kept pushing that I ordered a single and said that the extra sauce is what caused the soggy bread(when clearly the extra sauce wasn’t put on the burger). I hung up from how rude he was being. This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had here. This was ordered on 08/09/2025 around 3:41pm so the manager can be located.

I ordered the breakfast platter. After getting to my location, I started putting my breakfast together. I opened the gravy, and I am so disappointed! So instead of telling me, hey, we don’t have enough gravy for your order. They would much rather adjust half ass.My gravy and throw a sausage patty on top? Weird! In gross, who the hell wants a whole bunch of sausage?I wanted gravy. I didn’t order a sausage platter. When I called the location, they told me we don’t have gravy, and I said, then why would you sell me a breakfast platter. They said, because you already paid for it so because I paid for it i have to take it any damn way they want to serve it… not right

Went for dinner on Jan 18. Burger wasn’t seasoned, put little to no sauce on burger and chicken sandwich, fries were good, but disappointed in the main part of the meal. Got chicken stars and tasted old.

If you like creepy sketchy places this is where you’ll go. Everything from outside to inside is covered in grease. I’m not sure when the last time they cleaned anything on the inside. Fries were cold, the food was ok. No napkins, so asked for some for a group and was handed 2…. I’d say save your time and go somewhere else. Also the bathroom door creaks like it’s from a horror movie and smells like one too.

Fries were 1/2 full. They fixed, but then ham and cheese was sadder looking than my 5th grade elementary school, but cost $5. It’s not the price as much as it was the poor quality. To be fair I haven’t had the sandwich in years, but this was really bad. They said I could have a different one, they gave me a dried up bacon cheeseburger. I was sorely disappointed while staff chatted and cussed from kitchen. Seemed like nice people, just unprofessional and I’ll never visit again. Wendy’s is far superior if you ask me.
