Shouldn’t have rang the bell for good service, ending up being terrible. No one was in the lobby or drive through and they told us to wait very rudely, I was just standing there. All gave us the dirtiest looks for no reason, I was in work clothes and my pregnant fiancé was in pajamas she wasn’t feeling good. Guy took our order didn’t say a word and acted like we were wasting his time. 2 more hours until they closed. They all stood in a group and acted annoyed that we were getting soda, wanted sauce and as we were grabbing it they stared us down, gave us dirty looks. Also gave us an Arby’s special cheese blast money shot 2 star for the euro was good

Normally we love Arby’s. My husband and I go here all the time. This location used to be pretty good but went and ordered 3 chicken strips for $5.99 plus tax and this is what I got. These are half the size they used to be and I’m spending more now than I used to spend. Totally not worth it. These look like chicken fingers not strips. You can go get 10 piece nugget at McDonalds for the same price and get twice as much. That’s sad to say because I’ve always value Arby’s over Mc Donald’s but not after this. Really heartbroken and this place doesn’t even care.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had at an Arby’s. I will definitely be coming back. The staff is friendly, the food was fast. And they didn’t mess anything up. I feel like there is no reason for the service to be this good at a fast food place. I’m so much better at giving negative reviews, I’m a little uncomfortable.

Kat the manager was awesome. She is a great asset to your business. I had taken a long hiatus due to issue after issue; I came back to try again and I’ll tell you you what, she won me back to this location with great service, quality, prompt, and competent. The app ordering experience is what first brought me back, I’m glad they fixed it and got with the times.

I needed to place a huge order from Arby’s for a big family event, and Kat absolutely went above and beyond to make it happen. They don’t usually take orders that large, but she personally took care of everything for me. She even texted me the morning of to confirm that my order would be ready at exactly the time I requested.

When I arrived, she greeted me by name, had everything packaged perfectly, and even walked the order out to my car and helped me load it. Talk about customer service!

Kat made the entire process effortless, and her kindness truly stood out. Outstanding service — employees like her make all the difference.

Taz us great every time I come to this location amd he’s there he always goes out of hus way to make sure everything is right and actually tells me thank you and thats how customer service should be. I bought from them and I feel like we are missing that these days thx Taz and team. Ohh, by the way, I drive with a 14′ cargo trailer and I was able to make it in and out of the drive through perfectly

Taz is outstanding customer service. Went in having issues with my app and using the order he was able to walk me through and get it all correct. Edit: I’m upping my rating for this Arby’s. The $5 after 5 coupon forced my hand, and I’ve been there a couple times. The Roast Beef was thin and great both times and the staff and management have been accommodating.

Had another good visit today. Thin sliced meat and friendly service. 4 for $10 ain’t 5 for $5, but you take what you can get.

Old Review:

There are two cardinal sins when you visit any Arby’s. 1) Skimpy on giving Arby’s sauce (or out of it). 2) The roast beef is like thick cut bacon. I have been to this Arby’s quite a few times, and though it’s been ok, every time, I’ve had at least one issue. But today, oh today… They broke rule #2.

And this was a pickup, so. typically only gonna see this when you’re long gone!!!

The real secret to the tender roast beef, you may be surprised, is not actually the slow roasting for hours. It’s cutting it so thin it barely stays together. It’s the toilet paper of meats. When it’s thick, it’s like eating a fruit leather, except meat flavor.

1.83 mm is completely unacceptable. That’s .072 inches!!! That wasn’t even the thickest slice!

AND, each sandwich was a mess. How are you supposed to keep Arby’s sauce nestled in there when a flap of beef slides out the back like a wide, flat rubber band?

Never again. I’ve been going to Arby’s since I could talk. And Roast Beef sandwiches are all that matters. The signature item.

Why? Gods of the Meats. Why!!!!

Worst arbys ever. We were working on our house and I sent my kids to get us food. Ordered $40+ worth. 2 chicken, bacon, and Swiss combos with no bacon or Swiss. They had to return twice to get the requested arbys sauce, and the marinara thats supposed to be provided for the mozzarella sticks. Arbys has always been a family favorite of ours. The one in American fork closed down(wonder why) which is the one we usually frequent. This was our first and last time to the Saratoga location. At this rate, they’ll probably shut down soon as well. I understand people make mistakes, but this is ridiculous especially with how expensive fast food is and how much the employees demand to be paid. And to top it off, we never received a receipt.

For Arby’s reputation, it’s a pretty good location.
The staff have been mild to friendly every time I’ve been.
The food is good with no issues aside from the curly fries being sub-par and overly greasy every few times I’ve been.
Occasionally, they will be out of an item, but it’s usually a side of some sort.
