I have been eating from Panera for over a year now. They used to be so good and fresh. Lately I hesitate to order from this site and they have given me some wrong order a couple of times and the quality has degraded as well. I ordered a chicken avocado melt this afternoon and the avocado was completely black!! I don’t know what kind of quality standards they are following now but this is annoying!

The sips program just went from 100 to 0. I LOVED this program as I could easily pop in, order on the kiosk, grab my beverage and leave. While traveling, stopped for coffee. Coffee urns empty as had to wait 5-10 minutes. We were offered a complimentary pastries for inconvenience. Bear claws were excellent. Raw chicken sandwich. As my friend took a few bites, she felt the sandwich was off and there you have it. She called the store and reached the manager who was extremely rude and dismissive and her stomach is feeling off. This incident will be escalated. It’s so raw, the chicken resembles sushi.
