I purchased a western bacon cheeseburger combo. I asked for my food to be made to order. It was. The food had a bad after taste. Within 30 minutes after eating my combo. I was on the toilet with the runs and an upset stomach? (5 star service rating is for the great customer service given by the shift lead)

I had breakfast here with my wife and it was very pleasant. walked in and was treated very nice. the place looked clean and tables were wiped off. they kindly brought the food to our table. employees were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this location for a Sunday morning breakfast!

we originally were going to Whataburger, walked in and were greeted by other customers that told us “be ready for a wait cuz they’re getting slammed at the drive thru” my friend said Carls is next door, so we went there and we’re met by cheerful employees and given fast service. restaurant was clean and comfortable. it was a good choice to go there.

This location doesn’t accept there own reward program ! Why is that you don’t accept your own rewards ? Why do you advertise it then ? The staff here are incredibly rude and extremely unfriendly.they also do not speak English or if they do it is broken English . It is not spoken fluently by any means. Be prepared that if they get your order wrong they will tell you that’s what you ordered ! I mean I really don’t know how this store stays in business . I’ve been a very long term customer of this particular franchise and the owner is just as bad as her employees.

The young man who took my order rushed and cut me off during my order, rang up the wrong kind of fries, when we got home our triple burgers were only double despite being charged for the extra Pattie’s, and when I called to try and get it fixed, the assistant manager answered and basically amounted to him causing I was lying about my order being incorrect.
