Place would be a solid 3 if not for being at an airport, gave it a 4 since it’s really good compared to most airport food I have had in the last year. Chips were not homemade but good, salsa was good. Ordered Chicken Tampiquena (butterfly chicken breast topped with sauteed onions and green chiles. Served with red cheese enchilada, Spanish rice, beans and guacamole). Chicken was good, beans were good, red enchilada was good, rice was unexpected not traditional Spanish rice was not red but it was really good mixed with the beans and red sauce from the enchilada. Will stop by again when I have time to kill at ELP.

We had an awesome experience at C&M! We had lunch there Saturday April 15th and ordered enchiladas, taco and flautas between the three of us. We were totally enjoying our meal when my son mentioned that a screw in his seat had torn his pants! We mentioned it to the waiter who immediately called the manager. She couldn’t have been more professional and offered to pay for a new pair. We really were not expecting that and told her it was okay we just wanted them to know about the screw. After she left, the waiter advised us our meal had been comped! We would definitely return for the excellent service and the wonderful food!

Disappointed. WASN’T worth what we paid for. When we first walked in. When the hostess spoke to you ,she would TALK really low couldn’t hear or understand her. We got seated . Some guy slammed chips and salsa down in front of us and walked away. Didn’t know if it was the waiter or who he was. Never asked if we wanted anything to drink. Had to asked to be moved. Asked the same hostess if we can speak to the manager. He never came because she NEVER told him. He finally came and asked how everything was . The food was cold. I think the ONLY thing good was the margertia that I ordered and our 2nd waitress. the first one was rude as hell.The food was VERY disappointing. No flavor, the rice was bland, and

I don’t even understand why Carlos & mickeys bothers with a restaurant in the airport. Terrible menu, terrible food, terrible margs! Why? Nothing interesting on menu, typically out of one of the items and margs no good. This place does not represent anything about the other locations making amazing food and drinks. I am mad I stopped in here to spend money

Food was straight out of a microwave. Service was bad , and the atmosphere was bad because the other few tables that where there, where also getting treated with bad service . Overall no one wanted to be there, not the cooks, not the servers, and for sure not the customers

Can’t rate anything but the service. Left after 20 minutes of being ignored by wait staff. Very intentional ignorance too, felt like I had a disease the way they avoided me. Either get more staff or replace those you have if you care about this restaurant.

It was a disappointing experience. They served food on broken plates and took an hour to deliver our orders. The food itself was mediocre, and the service was abysmal. I would not recommend this restaurant.

When we visited this restaurant, we had one, if not the worst, experience ever. We had a party of three. To begin with, we had to wait about 10 minutes for service which we let it slide. Follow that by another 15 to get our drinks. By then we were a little annoyed. That was followed by 30 min wait for the food. However, that’s not the worst… food came for only 2 persons and waiter mentioned they were backed up and I should get the third meal shortly. Well without a surprise, it took 20 more mins when I finally asked what happened. Waiter stated they forgot and that I would get my food for free. At this point, our whole party was over this place. 10 mins later, waiter approached with check and said they will not be making the third meal. I am not a confrontational person so I simply said it was horrible service and left.
