Very nice atmosphere with soft music. Food was good but it took 50 min to arrive to our table. Total of 65 minutes between ordering it and waiting to eat. 🙁 This is too long in my opinion. You guys should hire more people for those busy times.

Service is everything in the food industry, specially for a cafe, and this place was horrendous when it came to that, if I may be honest. I rarely review an establishment, the few I have are because they’ve left a great positive impression, but this place left the complete opposite.

You tip before you get service, what!! We had to get up and get our own condiments. Food didn’t come out in order. Apps came out after our food. Food was ok, nothing to brag about. People were not wholesome. It seemed like they didn’t even want to be there or please you. I would not come back because I love it but I would to show someone the courtyard

I never even knew about downtown Kissimmee until tiktok. The service was great!!! The waiters are attentive. The atmosphere is so picture worthy. Gives you little San Juan feel. The food was ok, i had better. And unfortunately they don’t have free refills on drinks. The drinks are handmade though so that’s a plus. I do recommend coming here at least once to get a feel for it.

It is a cute place however service is horrible. We waited 45 for our food and then found out they forgot about it. Not only that but the staff was very unprofessional about it and rude. Do not recommend this place. Overpriced as well. Charged $11 for a mini personal pizza that was not worth it at all. Very big disappointment! Definitely not returning.

The vibe is absolutely amazing. The patio is so cute and I love the umbrellas. Perfect spot for pictures, BUT the service needs some improvement. No hello or acknowledgement of your presence when you walk in, servers ignoring you, having to ask for a menu, ordered a drink and had to remind them to bring it. Food is visually appealing but a little stale. Would return for the vibes but probably with a full stomach.
