Holy moly…stopped here for a coffee and was looking forward since I don’t have a Caribou near me. Upon walking up to the counter, the worker was chatting with a friend and then booked into the back. I assumed she was grabbing something quick as she definitely saw us. She was taking a while and was right in the doorway so I just asked “hey are you still open?” Being only 6:15pm and they were supposed to be open until 7:00pm. She turned around quickly and said “IM TRYIN’ TO PULL SANDWICHES” so rude!!! My jaw dropped. Obviously I wouldn’t want her making my coffee anyways after being so rude so I immediately walked out. Do better.

I waited ten minutes for the brunette girl working to finish talking with a friend. I asked if they were still open and they rudely replied “yeah im trying to pull sandwhichs” with the worst attitude Ive ever heard. Didn’t even take my order so I walked out. Will not be returning.

I love the coffee here the only issues is that they need to fix there hours on both the app and Google. I had order a coffee through the app at around 7:30pm which it said it was open till 8pm but long and behold it was closed at 7pm.

Product is great, love the coffee company. This location has terrible employees! They refused to sell me a caribou cantina because they didn’t know how too and would not take any actions to help figure out how to accomplish the sale. They chose to just walk way from the counter and refuse the sale. Never have I seen a caribou employee behave so poorly.

Stopped on July 9th. Ordered a hot coffee. What I received was lukewarm at best. This is not the first time that has happened at a Caribou. Be better overall. Hot coffee should be hot. Thank you.

Ask for a large, got a medium.
Ask for extra sweet, and I’m glad the barista asked because it was rung as XXX SWEET (12 PUMPS).
$9.23… I looked at the medium and asked, “Shouldn’t this be in a large cup?”
Barista says, “She rang a medium, we can re-ring it but you’ll have to get back in line.” Uhm. No. There are 6 people in line and your employees made the mistake. Fix it. Nope. $9.23 medium iced 2% x-sweet vanilla latte (6 pumps pls!) Nothing special. $9.23!!!! Geez. $4.75 at Dutch Bros without any of the hassles.
