My first impression of this place was, that it looked like a mix of Starbucks and a moms and pops cafe. Very nice and clean inside, with a pleasant surprise ambience. I can see why regulars keep coming back for more.

I love this place and regularly visit them. Usually, we stop by to get coffee before dropping our son off at his babysitter. The staff is very friendly, the coffee is good (most of the time) and you don’t usually have to wait long. Overall, this is a great place to get your morning fix, but isn’t the best place ever. Definitely worth the price!

I stopped with a group today Sunday 12:00 noon with dogs. Planned to sit outside. The tables and chairs were locked up. Baristas said they couldn’t unlock them because they were “busy”. They weren’t. It would have taken 30 seconds. And they wouldn’t lend me the key to unlock the lock because they said it was against “corporate policy.” Really??? So we moved on. It was hard to believe.

I am a traveling writer and often spend a mornings at coffee shops. Caribou Coffee in Springfield, Il. was perhaps the worst coffee I’ve had. It was as though I was drinking flavored water. The personality of the attendants was dismal.

Coffee shop without wifi .. I ordered 2 espresso shots and a chai latte for while i study. Both taste good but I have to leave and find a shop with wifi to do my homework on my laptop. The wifi says connected but the internet does not work at all.

$5.26 (tax included) for a medium black iced coffee!!!! That goes beyond inflation & to top it off, Caribou ice coffee tastes watered down. Looked up the equivalent at my local Starbucks & it would have been a buck cheaper. Rethinking my coffee stops.

The best hot chocolate I have ever had. I used to love going to Caribou coffee but unfortunately they closed down most of them in the Chicagoland area. On a trip back from St. Louis we found this location and could not be happier with the drink or the service!!
