So I ordered on the app and arrived to pick up my beverage only to find the caribou inside Hornbachers dark and clearly not open at 9 am on a Saturday. No signage as to why not open. If you aren’t going to open, close down your online ordering.

Have had good and bad experiences with staff in the past. Overall a good place to get coffee. I prefer Caribou to Starbucks. Love the seasonal flavors. For fast food Caribou food is always delicious.

Hours show they are open until 7:00 p.m. Arrived @ 6:30 and all the lights were off. I asked the Barista who was there changing a garbage why she was closed early. Her response was “I like to shut it down at 6:30”.

**update** Store has a new manager and has been open as posted by their hours of operation. Staff is as always very friendly. LOVE THIS PLACE!
This store is never open when they’re supposed to be. It’s ridiculous, or the employees at night are “on break”. They need new management. The employees that do work there are great but like I said the store needs to be open when it’s hours are posted.

Was in the lobby waiting for 10 mins. I even stood in the line to talk to a CC person but it was pretty busy in there and left again to see if anyone was at caribou. I didn’t want to be rude and yell for someone so I decided to call them and a woman answered and I asked if they were open and she responded with “excuse me? We’re open at 6” with attitude and then someone heard me on the phone and decided to check if there was a costumer. The girl that took the order was super sweet tho! 15 mins in total to get a coffee when there was no one in line other than me. I was running late for my nail appointment so I was getting my girl and I some coffee and I was way more behind after stopping here. Absolutely not

Good service. Comfortable atmosphere. Spacious. Comfortable seating, however I’d like more cushion big chairs there. Good location, parking is only tricky during the morning and daytime because it’s in a strip mall.

I had a raspberry green bubble tea minus the bubbles and coconut milk instead of regular. The employee working made the best one of these drinks I have had in all of the Caribou’s I have ever been to. They confirmed that it was coconut milk as I sometimes end up with real milk even though I ask for coconut milk. The employee was also lactose intolerant which made me appreciate my drink even more. Glad I went in as I originally was going to go to another location that wasnt inside a grocery store.
