Astonishingly filthy drive-through service area. While waiting for my order the employee left the window open. I was simply floored by the obvious filth and long what appears to be long term lack of cleaning and attention to detail. I hadn’t eaten in a Burger king in years but found my self being the eight ball that day and needed something quick. As for the food- the fries had no salt and were placed on their side in the bag eventually spilling some of the contents. The cheeseburger was luke warm and had the pickles all on one side of the sandwich. No standardization. They need to shut this place down and have a professional cleaning crew give it their best shot. I guess I’ll stay away another few years…(expand the image)

Service was awful and manager was rude. Has to go back 3 times just for sausage croissant, cold first time, second time in warmed up in microwave bread hard and stuck to the paper. Went back and said give me my money back.

Do not go waste your time or money. Sis was way more concerned about my dog then she as providing customer service to me. I asked specifically for no onion and what I get onions and a cold burger. Then on top of that sis is the manager. 0 out of 0 would not recommend, rotten tomatoes. Go to Walmart and get a sandwich at this point cause, this ain’t it.

I ordered a number 10 which is an original chicken. The gentleman at the window was very polite but I opened up my sandwich and I have a sesame seed bun like a Whopper with a long chicken patty on it with no lettuce.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food company. I had the correct amount and told the mgr/drive thru person that my window isn’t rolling down I’ll have to open my door. She said with an attitude that I hope so because I’m not reaching out. Got worse from there. I tried to sympathize with the lady with lack of employees but she was just awful

I was a little surprised to see my baby’s kids meal didn’t come in the kids meal box. My daughter loves them it makes it worthwhile for her, she enjoys opening her box and seeing what she had. Other than that disappointment the food was still good and fresh even though they were understaff. I appreciate you guys.

Zero stars if I could. Twice I have tried to go to this burger king. Sat there for 25 mins each time and not a single car moved, thank god everyone else backed up and left because once you’re in this god awful drive thru you are stuck!! Everyone needs to be fired and they need to start from scratch. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of themselves.
