Baristas were fantastic. I stopped on impulse to get my birthday coffee and didn’t have my wallet so was unable to leave a gratuity. I explained and the barista assured me it was fine and was very understanding. Lovely young women, made my day

Don’t remember her name. But I got a hot mint mocho coffee. She asked what chocolate I wanted in it and confused, I asked what types are there? And she snarkily names off kinds of milk. And then when my order is ready she placed it on the counter, and I dont go up to get it because its iced. She looks at me annoyed and says thats yours. Ive worked in the service industry before and have no idea how shes even still here.

I have tried three coffees from this location and have not like them. I will not be ordering a coffee from here anymore. But I have tried the cookies and cream and I’ve loved that. And the best sandwich that they have is the turkey provolone.

I love Caribou more than Starbucks! My favorite kind is ice matcha latte with coconut milk, never disappointed! But how about the cake pops? Expensive! $3 for a tiny cakes pop lol spent $12 for 4, I was expected better than that!

I’ll start with these few things; I love Caribou as a franchise, the locals working here are Great and it’s definitely a pretty location.
BUT I will never use my card through here again and am not impressed with the managers level of customer service. I was double charged for my coffee order, went in to try and have it fixed to be told that they won’t refund me and I’ll have to dispute it with my bank. The employee who took my issue was very apologetic and called the manager who told her what I previously mentioned and that she “didn’t care”.
